If I could put this at a 0 I would . I have no reculation of going through this company for interest for a loan
Shock horror get an text and email congratulations your claim that was made and Payment would be sent by the loans ( mind you have not received anything from loan company , which may I add i am still paying for ) .
There invoice and fees are disgusting, and have charged over the amount of the actual amount sent by the loan company.
They will not be receiving a penny from me and will happy settle this in court. Stay away . Day light robbey

The claim was not successful. You know I was not awarded anything with the loan company stating they where not upholding the complaint
You have not made contact with. So not sure where these so called emails are you state you sent me ? You sent me a message for full payment ( WHERE was your email stating you have set up a payment plan ? ) I have now escalate the complaint. As you have failed to make any forms of contact with me . I have stated my situation to the finicancal Obudmen service. You are scam artists simple !.
The loan which i was paying back was less to what you are charging and like I've stated the loan Company DID not UPHOLD your complaint.

It was explained in your complaint resolution how you engaged our services, and the acknowledgment text message was provided to you, although you insist you did not receive this, however, the acknowledgment email which as sent to you shows that it was delivered and opened.
At the time you submitted your claim through our website, the T&C were displayed to read, and our contact details were given should you have had any queries. You then confirmed that you had read and agreed to the T&C, which set out that any refund or outstanding balance reduction would be charged a fee.
Your statement regarding our fee being more than the actual amount sent by the loan company is false, and evidence of this was provided to you in the complaint response. You have stated that you were unable to reply to your complaint, but this was sent to you by email, which you could reply to, but no contact has been received.
When the complaint you made to us was not upheld, you escalated it to the ombudsman who also found that our fee was payable and asked that we offered you’re a payment, which we had previously done.
Following the ombudsman’s decision, we contacted you by email to again advise of the payment plan we could offer and although you opened this email, you ignored it.
You have repeatedly stated that you will not be paying any money FTR and are happy to settle this in court, and if the balance remains outstanding with no payment plan in place at the end of the collections process, your account would be referred to our solicitors for further recovery action, which could involve legal action, which would increase the amount owed.
If you would like to discuss setting up a payment plan, you can reply to the email previously sent to you or send an email to collections@fasttrackreclaim.com.

I have never ever been in contact with…
I have never ever been in contact with this company, yet my tax refund came in today which was supposed to be £75 and came through as just £7 it stated they have deducted there fee from the settlement. 100% a scam because I hand on heart have never given any details to them. Any positive reviews on here MUST be fake from the company themselves.

The services of FTR were engaged in June 2024 through our website after you clicked on a Google ad and your personal and employment details were shared, along with ID documentation provided should it have been needed.
When a refund cheque was received from HMRC, our contingency fee was deducted in line with the T&C you confirmed you had read and agreed to when you engaged our services, and the remainder was issued to you by cheque.
A full response to the points you made in your review will be issued to you by email.

This company is a disgrace
This company is a disgrace. I’m really under it financially and can’t afford my water bill, council tax and my partner has been made redundant after a year in the role. So you can imagine when I received a tax rebate for £80. Very quickly an email was sent to me from Fast Track attached an invoice for £74 service charges for facilitating my refund on my behalf.
I never asked them to do this, didn’t sign any paper work but somehow they’ve got a signed form and my ID. I tried to contact them straight away and for 4 days I was unable to contact them with their line always busy. How convenient whilst they pilfered my tax return and had the cheek to send me a cheque for £5 less all their “deductions”. What for I’m still yet to find out. What effort was made by them to “facilitate”, my refund is a mystery.
I have an HMRC online account I’ve actually just secured a job at HMRC myself and would never allow or request any assistance from a third party to ask HMRC for a tax rebate from me.
I’ve been through Fast Tracks complaints process and they’ve smugly responded every time. It cost me £15 to speak to them twice on the phone for a few minutes. £15 !!!!!! Their stance is that I can stuff it and as far as they’re concerned they’ve got every right to keep my money.
Their director Colin Hartness oversees this crooked operation and today I have requested that he informed of my case.
DO NOT USE this company. For any refund due HMRC will find you and provide you with a refund directly via a cheque to your current address. You do not need Fast Track unless you want to be conned or robbed. I fear for the older generation if they’re targeted by these sharks. I will keep fighting until I get my money back, as this now the principle and morally they are evil. Use at your own peril !!!

I did not ask them to do anything for me just went on website I made a mistake and they wouldn't help I had some tax back last year and they wanted over £200 for not doing nothing I'm on hmrc and done it all myself they took me to court for this pittance of money I told them I didn't sign for anything but apparently I did .... these people are theves DO NOT USE or it could be you next they swindle ......

After you engaged our services in October 2022 to submit a claim to HMRC, acknowledgment emails were sent to you which show as being received and read, and if you had made a mistake, you could have cancelled the agreement within the cooling-off period but no contact was received.
When we were notified that a refund was due to you, an invoice was issued in line with the T&C you agreed to but the fee was not paid and this was referred to our solicitors at the end of collections process.
We then had no input into any action taken by our solicitors but if court action was started, this would suggest that the fee was not paid and their attempts to contact you were ignored, as our attempts were too.

Absolute rip off merchants ...I had an email saying they thought I was due a refund...I filled in some details thinking I would here more from them ..the next thing I know there were 3 letters from HMRC saying I was due a refund of £131 ...but the cheque had been sent to these scammers ...when I contacted them my refund was £38 they took £92 In fees ...absolute scammers don't use them ....as to their reply they do NOT CLEARLY STATE their fees its right down in the small print somewhere .... they know exactly what they are doing as everyone cam now see by most of the reviews on here ..but they clearly don't care as they would contact you first and speak to you ....shocking rip off company ...here we go they are now trying to justify that its my fault for not reading about their fees ...they don't fully explain their fees to you..they don't ring you to talk to you about your claim they simply get you to enter all the details they need to claim your money off you ....let's face it anybody who doesn't contact their clients by phone proves that they are up to no good ...I don't even know what they claimed my rebate for ??? No email from them what so ever .no contact from them about my claim ..first i heard was from HMRC ..but when I leave my reviews they try to blame me ...worst RIP OFF company I have ever used ...Don't use them unless you want them to take most of your money from you ...

Our services were engaged when your details were input through our website, our T&C were agreed to and copies of your payslip and passport were provided should they have been needed.
The fee structure is not right down in the small print and is the second section of the T&C, titled '2. FTR Fees', where the fee structure is fully explained.
When a cheque was received from HMRC, it was worked in line with the T&C you agreed to, with our fee deducted from the refund amount and the remainder issued to you by cheque.

Never used this company. Received a few emails from them. No idea how they received my email. I then get a notification saying they put in a request for a tax refund on my account and they will be receiving the check. Lawyers will now be getting involved
