Tired of trying to get your local Council to do repairs when all your requests have fallen on deaf ears. Me too. I finally got all my repairs done by contacting this company. Once I did I had council workers banging on my front door to repair things after sometime got some small compensation but that was not what I was after my file handler was Mohammed contact him polite and responsible gentleman. Thank you.

Just concluded a 2 year case involving disrepairs in my home excellent customer service ,kept us informed on a regular basis and now all the work that desperately needed to be done will get done! Highly recommend their services and thank you for everything u have done for us the past two years!!

Awais was brilliant with me with the disrepair case , ive been going through some health problems which caused severe anxiety he did amazing keeping me calm and sorting this all out for me.

I have been requesting information from Joseph Froggart since he sent me a threatening email ref a claim I was supposed to have made he has failed to respond to my emails as a law firm they should know better than not providing the information in relation to a successful claim they have done? I phoned and got through to housing repairs team claims so wrong n7mber given. I have sent 4 emails now requesting information but they come back to me with threats of legal action. When I want to know what work they did and how much was their fees in relation to a claim made supposedly on my instructions but Joseph has failed to provide this despite my 4th request. Get your acts sorted and provide the information i need. Really bad communication. Very poor phone support.

Very poor communication ,even when complying with what they ask for no communication. Phone nobody answers and when someone does from another department they say someone will get back to you. Thry never do. Frustrating experience getting nowhere

avoid like the plague, awful customer service, do not answer telephone or respond to emails. I have been waiting for my refund since 6th march ,probably making interest on the payment.

I put my claim in with a loan company 16/12/2025. Just been paid for damages, I have to say I was very surprised when joe rang me 10 days ago to say my claim was successful which was something I didn't expect so quickly. I would like to thank Awais who was my file handler from Roman Rose. They dealt with a claim against my housing association. They managed to get the housing association to do all the repairs (damp). Without the solicitor's it wouldn't have been sorted so I am glad I went through with the solicitors. They did all the paperwork which went smoothly, he was highly professional, kept me informed with all the proceedings. So a big thank you to Awais for all the help.

Started great with RR contacting me regarding financial claims and being missold loans in the past. They were brilliant to start with keeping me updated and even were successful (after a much longer process than advertised) and I was very happy with the first claim coming to a successful end. That process took roughly 12-14 weeks, my other 4 claims all started at the same time and now 8 weeks on from my first settlement I have had no contact from RR and when I have contacted them on two occasions I was advised the person dealing with my case will get in touch as soon as possible. To which over a week since I last made contact and nothing. I have emailed the company twice and I have also emailed the man dealing with my claims personally twice in the last 10 days. To which I have had no response. So unless he has been in annual leave for the last two working weeks(extremely unfortunate coincidence if so) I don’t see how he hasn’t responded to me. Fed up and looking to take my claims elsewhere.
