To stop this company being on your shoulder, just do : The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives individuals the right to request that their personal data be deleted, also known as the "right to be forgotten".
This will make sure they cannot claim anything else from you as they have to delete your details for good.

If I could give zero stars as a review I would. Initially this company were very helpful and I did get the claim and money promised, but it has now become apparent that this company is nothing but a scam.
Once you allow them access to claim through HMRC they continue to check your HMRC account and know when you have received a rebate/refund and then send emails and messages saying they have helped you obtain the money and want a cut of the rebate/refund even though they have had nothing to do with it.
It turns out that when you agree for this company to make a claim on your behalf they then continue to look into your personal HMRC account and try to obtain money from you for claims they have had nothing to do with. AVOID THIS COMPANY

This is a legal scam company
This is a legal scam company!
If you use them once then they try and claim about 34% of any future claims especially with HMRC without any involvement or being asked to be involved.
They ignore all emails where you point out they are to only engage at your request and they just keep harrassing you.
Be very careful signing up or even looking them up due to very dubious terms and conditions.

Very clever deceitful company! Beware!
Over a year ago (beginning 2023) my husband encountered an advert suggesting that Fast Track Reclaim could assist in claiming 'over paid' tax back from HMRC.
'you could be owed thousands' said the advert!
My husband filled in the necessary forms thinking that he may of had a claim for 'Married mans allowance'.
Fast Track Reclaim responded, informing my husband that he did not indeed have a claim - case closed (so we thought)!!
My husband retired in January of this year - as with 90% of the working population who retire mid tax year - he duly received a tax refund from HMRC, an over payment of tax that my husband had paid.
Thank you HMRC, the refund was gratefully received.
Within a week of my husband receiving his refund, he started to receive emails from FTR requesting a 36% payment from the said refund - we thought this was a scam and ignored the emails.
2 weeks later, my husband started to receive multiple telephone calls, eventually he answered the phone, wanting to put any potential scam to bed.
How shocked we were when the extremely unfriendly gentleman on the end of the phone informed my husband that he was liable for the payment of 36% of the refund, even though FTR did absolutely nothing in order for my hubby to receive his refund.
The bottom line is this - if you ever have FTR act on your behalf at any time in your life - the HMRC have a commitment to copy FTR into every bit of private correspondence they send to you! therefore FTR can request 36% of any payment the HMRC make to yourself!
Please be aware and inform HMRC that you no longer want any third party copied into any further correspondence and that FTR will no longer be acting as your 'agent'.
The clever part is that FTR request you sign a very complicated contract, worded very well, so they are, indeed, entitled to 36% of any HMRC refund no matter how little work they put into the claim - in my husbands case, non at all!
So yes, this is a scam - a very clever scam.
We are so outraged by this that we will be informing 'Rip Off Britain' with our story. Everyone needs to be aware of this kind of 'legal' scam!

We have attempted to reach out to you through Trustpilot for further information but this was not responded to.
Our records show that a Marriage Tax claim was made in your name with your husband as the joint party and prior to submitting the claim, it was confirmed that both parties had read and understood the T&C.
Please note that our contact details were given should you have had any questions and you were under no obligation to proceed with a claim if you could not agree to the T&C.
The T&C clearly set out the service we offer and that it is an ongoing service until cancelled, and the cancellation process is explained.
Any contingency fees charged are in line with the T&C agreed to, and only charged whilst the agreement is in place.
A cancellation request has since been received and a letter sent to be sign and returned to us, where it will be signed on behalf of Fast Track Reclaim and forwarded to HMRC, as per their requirements.
