Their shipping is terrible I ordered my inventory on February 4, 2021 paid the ridiculous cost of priority shipping and still have not received all of my items. They waited til they were shipping my items to tell me that over half of my order was out of stock😡 Then proceeded to say they would refund me my money which would of been over $300. I waited weeks and my money never went back on my account they kept saying “oh don’t worry we will handle it” never received any type of refund. They wasted my time and set me back. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!!!

I’m a first time online customer with Fashion TIY. I downloaded the app, registered and made my first purchase with this company because honestly I loved their products and loved their prices even more 😍 I knew this was all too good to be true when I placed my order on the 31st of March and still haven’t heard anything back from them. I’ve tried messaging their customer services over and over again yet no response has been made. It would be helpful if they can update their services by keeping their customers fully aware of what’s happening with their order or atleast a confirmation message if any sort. Some instructions will also help with customers as it’s so easy to order and have your money taken out but no response from them at all 🥺 There is no communication whatsoever with this wholesaler either or the app or through their website. It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to using this company as a main supplier. I’m still waiting on my order and hoping their services will be updated some times soon.

I ordered over $600 worth of merchandise on March 25th, still haven’t received no tracking number. When I message the vendor they just say the same thing. I have express shipping on my orders and still nothing. What’s the point of having express shipping and you don’t get your merchandise in time? Then want to charge a lot for the shipping cost. This is ridiculous. I ordered from different vendors since I’ve been waiting on my merchandise and I received all of my items within a week. This will be my last time ordering from them.

I have been waiting for my order since March 22. Status of my order has not changed since 7 days ago. It just says ex warehouse. What does that even mean. I'm so disappointed in the fact that they take so long to get your items to you.

I placed a order on Match 19. The money that spent on this website isn’t worth the time you wait to receive the merchandise. I’ve contacted the chat CSR several times. Only to be told they have no information on the delivery of my order. I will definitely give a bad review to all my fellow boutique owner friends who were waiting on reviews before ordering from this company.

My order has been “preparing” since March 29th. Today, instead of saying “preparing”, it says “piece. I’m confused as to what that means. I haven’t received any notification about my order yet. Waiting patiently.

I Ordered my items March 26th and it still says preparing I can not get in contact with anyone. I JUST WANT MY ITEMS !! ISPENT OVER 300 iS THIS WEBSITE A SCAM ? I Put My Lil Trust Into Them now I Have People waiting on items that’s taking too long And I Also Did Priority Shipping.

Not sure why this site has so many good reviews. Everything I got looked and felt CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. There's no way I can put any of this in my shop. Wasted $600 on all this unusable product. Currently trying to get it returned and get a refund but who knows how difficult that will be. Might just have to sell them on Poshmark so I don't lose out on my investment.

I just ordered $400 worth of stuff. I log onto the app and it says i have no order. What is going on. I pray my things arrive on time

I have ordered from them twice before, very small orders little to no problem... As soon as I spend $400 they are playing with my items. Ordered March 14 & I do have nothing first shipment weighs 5lbs can I ordered almost 100 items I’m sure that weighs well over that. I have been emailing and chatting constantly everyday and still nothing. I just want a full refund or atleast my items. DO NOT RECOMMEND for business owners needing items fast I will be using Alibaba or my other vendors only from now on. Ugh

Bought several pieces and paid for “express” shipping. I finally got HALF of my order and the other half has no signs of being shipped. Should have been shipped together since it took so long for it to get to me. Horrible shipping dates. Ok quality clothes.

I ordered on March 18,2021 it is now March 30th i paid for priority shipping and still haven't received anything.

I have my order all picked out I just have to pay for it the shipping is a little high but my question is how do I know how much my duties and taxes are going to be I don't want to place my order and than get hit with another bill that I can't pay. Can you please help me thank you

Please stop lying like my order will be delivered when I have screenshots were yall said its being refunded. After 2 weeks of waiting and taking my money. Very unprofessional and they dont even have a real customer service. Sad sad

I JUST ORDERED TWO DIFFERENT SHIPMENTS FROM THE WEBSITE. I PAID FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING WITH ONE AND REG SHIPPING FOR THE OTHER. AFTER READING A VIEW OTHER REVIEWS I'M HOPING MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE IN TIME ENOUGH TO SELL AT A POP-UP SHOP EVENT I HAVE SCHEDULED THIS APRIL. I'M SERIOUSLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SHIPPING DATES, AND WHEN MY ITEMS WILL ACTUALLY SHIP OUT. IF THEY COULD ALSO CUT DOWN THOSE SHIPPING COSTS IT'LL BE THE PERFECT WHOLESALE STORE. THE SHIPPING FEES ARE DEFINITELY OUTRAGEOUS, BUT THE COST OF THE ITEMS IS WORTH IT. YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO PRICE YOUR ITEMS ACCORDINGLY TO MAKE UP FOR THE EXTRA FEES. (***Update***) I definitely received my priority items last week as promised. Waiting on my last package before I order again 🥰

FashionTIY to SA, DON’T DO IT…

Starting your own business is stressful enough, but receiving service like this is not worth it…

I read everything on the website before placing the order, I contacted them, and all was well.

The first issue I have is the shipping costs, when you check out your cart, they don’t add the shipping fee to that total, so you think you are spending X, when you need to prepare yourself for actually spending Y. And why is that a problem? Well, the shipping to SA is more than the order itself, I only found that our after I have already authorized the payment… So, I thought, let’s see what happens… (to put it into perspective, order = R3500.00, shipping R4200.00 – yes, I almost had a heart attack, because I still need to pay my duties and taxes.)

Keep in mind you are also liable to pay SA duties and taxes, so really do the calculations before placing any orders with them… That' perfectly normal, but try to find out what the total will come to prior to shopping, even if you only get an estimation.

The delivery time according to their website is bull, according to their site my package is marked as a “Priority Package” that means it should arrive in less than 3 weeks. While everyone conveniently still blames COVID for everything, my package was paid on 12.02.2021, they stated that preparations will take place on 19.02.2021. I was okay with that, because that meant my order will still arrive on 12.03.2021.

Firstly they split my order into 2 packages (also not an issue) and on 10.03.2021, the status of both my packages changed to “shipped” and that they are waiting on the tracking number from the courier.

Package one: 18.03.2021, still waiting on my tracking number and when I asked what is happening, I was told “…items are in the process of preparation, quality control, packaging and will be delivered to the logistics company ASAP.” Meaning it has not even been shipped yet… yes, this is absolutely ridiculous.

Package two: 13.03.2021 it was collected by the courier only and I will receive it on 25.03.2021.

I know there is nothing I can do about it, but I have spent a ton of money to get my business started, yet I cannot make a turn over or purchase new stock because I haven’t been able to sell anything, because I don’t have the merchandise to do so…

So find an alternative supplier if you can! Or prepare yourself for a two – three month wait…

I was looking into buying but thank god I looked at the reviews. You can tell the company is writing their own reviews as it’s rated 5 star with all very similar wording, sentences and even on the same date or within a 3 day window frame. SCAM.

There shipping is flat out ridiculous.. Place my order February 18. Have not had any updates or communication from them. Package has showed ready to ship for a week now but has not went out. There customer service is a joke. Looks like I got burned out of 100 dollars..
