This is an update on my order I placed with FashionTIY! The company is a scam and they still have not delivered all of my items from my very first order, 3 outfits where missing out the package I spent over 1200$ with the company ! I placed my order on the 14th I paid for expedited shipping and next week make an entire month since I placed my order ! If this review is not proof to say away you been warned! Also the clothes are good quality BUT NOT MADE BY THEM! they must have forgot to cut the tags off during quality control because all these items were brought from “SHEIN” these people are not even making the clothes and then have the audacity to have extended LEAD times it’s pretty pathetic actually! The customer service through the app is a JOKE. Please if you value you sanity time AND MONEY do not purchase from FASHION TIY I know the clothes they display are really cute but I’m 100% sure you can find them from a different wholesalers! These positive review on this site regarding the company are totally fake and created by employees ..If you really read them you can actually tell they are not genuine reviews! I have found another trust worthy wholesaler that is great and I WILL NOT BE USING FASHION TIY AGAIN

Never shop !!! I do dropshipping and I need to get the shipping tracking number of the products within at least 4 days, they say on their site that they provide a shipping tracking number between 2-4 days, but this is a big lie. After four days, I insistently asked them to cancel the products and if it is not canceled, I will suffer a huge loss because my customers have received their money back but FashionTiy does not cancel the shipment and my money' don't give me back !!! My products have been processed for more than a week and that is a big lie. The biggest lie is the interpretations of 5 rate here. It was a terrible experience. If they cancel my products, I will edit my comment, but if they don't, know that I have done a great loss !!!

This is a very real review! I purchased items for the launch of my online boutique. I made 4 purchases March 25 and 26. April 6 and 7. Do not purchase from FashionTIY!!! My first review was based on the terrible customer service and ridiculous shipping charges and processing times etc. This one is about the quality of the product I received. Everything I received is trash!!!!! Material is cheap and looks like it should be sold in a beauty supply! Also everything came with this horrible smell. If I was going to try to sell them I would need to like hang them up to air out first. This is absolutely ridiculous! Another user said she would sell these items for clearance. Honestly, I can't even do that because I don't want my customers to think these are our standards. Sadly I read reviews prior to purchasing from this company, and I still spent somewhere between $850-$1,000 most of that was for expedited shipping and none of it arrived in the quoted timeframe. I wanted to give them a chance
because some things may have taken longer because of COVID etc. But absolutely not! This company is full of excuses and I'm not here for it. I have purchased items from other vendors overseas (China and India) and items came within a week and communication was everything! If somehow you come across a positive review for this company then it's not a real review. I can't imagine anyone who'd be pleased with the items they received from this company or the process they went through to get them. Please! Please! Please! Take this warning seriously! Keep looking for a good vendor for your store. FashionTIY is not the one!!! FashionTIY responded to this review to say it isn’t real. Unfortunately I can’t attach the orders and the poor excuses they offered during this process via chat. I think I will make a YouTube video so that you can see the pictures they show vs. what I actually received. This way I can show that this was my true experience with this company.

There’s some good items on here. Low MOQs. The real problem is the shipping. By the time you get a shipment, the pieces will be out of season/out of fashion.

Standard shipping takes 20-45 BUSINESS DAYS. Premium is only slightly less.

You’re talking about actual months between the time you order and the order arrives. Imagine ordering a swimsuit at the end of April—you wouldn’t get it until the end of summer.

Excuses. It's always something like I stated before. They reply quicker on the reviews than the private message. They would go dayssssss without responding.

I give them 5 stars. Shipping took a while but it was worth every day lol

Seriously the worst company from customer service to the products themselves. 100% satisfaction my butt! $1,500 worth of clothing that is completely see through, not the correct size AT ALL, and super cheap material for nothing. And to have the audacity to offer credits for TWO ITEMS? What a scam, stick to buying cheap crap like this on Wish.

Horrible company. All the sizes are wrong. They basically ruined my new business. I have to refund my customers. I’m so upset. Their shoes are good though. Jewelry is hit or miss. One of their rings sliced my finger. They should not sell clothes at all. Very cheap see through material and I’m a large and barely fit in their 2X

My first order with FashionTIY went well. Besides the month long wait, I was happy with my order. The second order I placed had been a mess. After 3wks, I received and order...of the wrong products. Nothing I ordered was in the box. It was as it they knew they were out of stock and just threw some other random cheap stuff in there anyway. I’ve been messaging them through their app since April 7 and was told I’d receive a refund...I’ve received $4.40. Seriously 😒 I spent $75.03 and I’m glad I didn’t spend more because who knows how much more I could’ve lost. They have some nice products and I wanted to order again but the time it takes to ship and resolve issues like this is ridiculous. I get that we’re in different time zones but it shouldn’t take weeks to resolve issues through a messenger app.

I ordered my inventory about a month ago , around the end of March I was supposed to receive it about two weeks ago and I paid for 7 to 15 day shipping I have no tracking number and have have no idea where my clothes are, I have contacted them multiple times and they keep telling me the same thing and not giving me an answer and also not giving me my money back for paying $169 for my clothes to be here within 7 to 15 day , and they need to update their site and stop allowing people to order clothes that are not in stock,

i ordered since march 6 and still haven’t received my order. The order has been divided into 3 packages. Package 1& 2 says shipped since march 23, but the tracking is not updated. Package 3 says preparing since 2 weeks now. Im losing business because i don’t have my inventory. At this point, im gonna find a new wholesaler. This is my last time ordering from fashiontiy

This company took 2 months to ship out my items, and not all of them arrived. Didn’t refund me for the ones they had out of stock. I regret it so much. Scammers.

I have been waiting since April 5th for my order to be shipped and delivered. My business is losing sells due to this and i keep being told it will ship soon and now they put 20-45 days shipping on my app. I’m very disappointed this isn’t my first order and it never took this long

This website is a scam and I am sure the great reviews are from someone within the company just so they can keep their reviews up. DO NOT TRUST THEM !

I placed an order on the 4th and it has been ready to ship for days .. what’s the holdup I paid for priority and there is no update I have customers waiting for these orders ? This is inconvenient

I'm upset that have to write a bad review because the items I actually did receive are really cute. I ordered March 17th and paid 114$ for priority shipping. Says that the items should be to me within 15days. Not only did it not come til late, progress wasn't made til I reached out to them informing them that I would be out the country soon and would like my things. I finally received it and its only half the order. I gave it one week just to see if it would come, it didn't. I finally decided to reach out only for them to basically say they won't have it in stock and I can just have a refund. I planned to open a boutique. And wanted to put models in those clothes. Now I'm out 500$ for a photo shoot I couldn't complete due to the fact that my clothes aren't here. I thank God I didn't spend the 5000 I intended on spending because I would be even more pissed than I am. Once I get my refund for missing items I'll just find another wholesale. I'm very disappointed.

They charged me for inventory that I did not receive. I order about $959.52 and I only received (1) or (0) of each size. I probably only got about $530 worth of inventory. Do not buy from them. They are scammers!! Also, I paid for fast shipping and my orders took forever to arrive. When they did, a lot of items that I paid for were not sent.

When it comes to refunds they will not return your money at all. They only offer cash coupons witch is false. All I’m asking is for my money back on something that you guys damaged on every single outfit !

After writing a review about the horrible experience I had using FashionTIY They responded saying they offered me a cash coupon to use towards my future orders for the inconvenience. Now when I tried ordering I realised that they were blatantly lying 🤦🏽‍♀️ I will never use this company againI wish there was an option to upload pictures because I would show screenshot proof 🙄and priority shipping is still double the the price for my items and standard shipping is the almost equivalent to the price of my items

Very dissapointed in the high shipping fees and not many options to use regarding shipping methods should have standard shipping available too . The high shipping fees will make you lose alot of clients .
