Most of the products I get from you are great but quite often when I order seasonal specials I don’t receive them which I find quit disappointing

Transformed cooking. The veg boxes make life simpler and healthier, and cooking more fun. The quality of the veg is excellent and there is a huge difference in flavour. The Farm Direct depot is one of the highlights of Walthamstow.

Always great service and great produce. Highly recommend their organic foods and pesticide free. Prices are decent and so far I didn't find a delivery service, who sources from farms directly, which offers a better service. Been a customer for around 2 years now. Sometimes something is not in stock and they choose something else instead, if it's something you didn't want, you just get in touch and you will be looked after and dealt with respectfully. Very rarely food is off / really depends on the time of the year and the type of foods, we are dealing with food here, whenever that was the case, very rarely, you just tell them and they will refund you, it's all good and dealt with kindly :) Highly recommend to everyone! let's stop buying food from Asda and co !!! Now !

Always the delivery ready every week and nice service

Absolutely LOVE Farm Direct. It is such a find! The food is always fresh, they have a fantastic range, it's local, seasonal and they're always responsive if I have a question. I think it's excellent value when you compare it to supermarkets, veg boxes etc. Very sad they don't deliver out of London.
I love that you can find out more about the suppliers and see where each item comes from. Such transparency is valued.

Excellent local products with an outstanding range, everything is of high quality. The customer service is just the best, efficient, very responsive and direct. Fair prices.

Love you guys, even when something goes wrong or isn't good, you guys are always quick to do what you can to fix it and overall the level of your offerings are way better than my average local shop. You also work hard to no repeat any problems that have occurred which is wonderful to see. Overall I'm so glad I came across you guys and I tell everyone about you and suggest they start ordering too.

Great service, excellent produce, friendly staff - what more could you ask for?

Generally I love Farm direct but some things are so annoying. Unless you order bread almost a week in advance generally it’s out of stock. There’s lots on offer on the website but maybe not in reality. Sometimes if a couple of things are unavailable I just don’t do an order and just shop locally. This is another one of those weeks.

Fresh produce, great choice, reasonably priced, supporting British farmers, smooth/friendly delivery. Took me a few days to get to grips with the website and how it all works - but just kept going back in over the space of a few days and it finally sank in! Love choosing random items from the 'new & seasonal' section and enjoy working out how to use my substitutions. My kitchen is alive again! Thank you!

Great seasonal produce, no plastic wrap and the drivers are super attentive and friendly. Recommend them highly!!

This was my 4th delivery from Farm Direct and I can say I am impressed by the quality of the produce I have ordered and received. However, with this last delivery the driver dumped two boxes on the doorstep, rang the doorbell and went. It wasn't until he had gone that I saw the stickers on the boxes, which said 1 of 3 and 2 of 3. Where was the 3rd one? I checked the items and the missing box was 12.5kg of potatoes. I immediately got in touch with Farm Direct via email but got no response. Later in the day I received the invoice for the goods and the potatoes were charged for, so I replied to this, saying that they were not delivered but I still got no response. Yesterday I phoned Farm Direct and had to leave a message because nobody answered but I still have not received any contact or reply. I am very happy with the quality of the items I have had but as for customer service it seems non-existent.

Amazing service, amazing food!

Excellently sourced and delicious fish, poultry and cheese. I’ve relied on Farm Direct for years. I only don’t give 5 stars because recently I never get BRAMLEY apples when I order them - always replaced with slightly green apples.
