Great tools, great app, brilliant customer service.

I used this product last season and it definitely helped me win my win my mini-league by following some of the best FPL managers teams. You can setup push notifications to track these managers live so helped me understand what moves they were making before the game week deadline.

Overall great value, and much more useful then team reveal blogs which become outdated quickly!

They charged me for an annual subscription even though i didnt have it turned on and didnt use their service. Said they would refund the subscription, but then proceeded to ignore me and never refund. Keep away from these guys.

Harass you with free trial notifications and then make it extremely difficult to find the cancel subscription button. Automatically signs you up for the annual subscription (£50+) after clicking monthly multiple times, which is extortionate by the way as the product doesn’t even work on mobile.

Honestly would not recommend them to anyone, customer service was not even sympathetic and would not opt for compromise at all.

Pathetic service, their 'gurus' make team changes literally on deadline so gives no time to make your own transfers and align it with theirs.

Took up their free trial. Didn't get reminder of trial ending or confirmation they had taken funds and missed the deadline to expire by a few days (no epl matches even played over this week). Asked to cancel and get a refund of the annual fee and they rejected.

Aside from that the tool offers nothing you can't get from twitter or reddit and the app shows out of date stats.

Emails constantly ignored. Raised a query on 1st September (so more than 3 months ago), having sent around 10 chaser emails and still haven’t had a response. The platform itself is quite useful, but I’ll be going elsewhere next season.

Major scam.

They restarted my subscription two months after I canceled.

No notice and I only saw it by coincidence.

After 5 emails they still won't confirm that my card infos has be removed from their system!!!

Cancelled on the day they took payment expecting a refund. They are making it as difficult as possible to get one, taking a week to reply to emails and being very difficult. I'd stay away from them and use the free tools available elsewhere.

Cancelled my subscription the day after starting the free trial, Received the email below on 5th October. On 25th October they deducted 57 euros for yearly premium sub! They are demanding that i send the original cancellation email that i never received and are refusing to refund, even though the CEO confirmed it! Have taken up complaint with paypal as despite 3 requests they have not responded to my requests. con men DO NOT TAKE THEM UP ON THE FREE TRIAL!!!!

I noticed you cancelled your Premium subscription with us. We're trying to improve our service and would appreciate it if you took a minute to give us your feedback.

As others have mentioned this website has good content however they engage in predatory subscription practices so beware. They lure you in through a free trial offer, and then they start charging fees by enrolling you into a paid "trial" which is basically a subscription service. However at no point do they provide any warning about this new paid trial, nor do they seek your consent. The way they operate at best lacks transparency. I highly recommend staying away from signing up for any premium content.

I signed up for a "free trial", only to realize a few days later that they had charged my credit card USD 58.08. I wrote to them to inquire about the charge and they claimed that I had signed up for a new trial. I asked them to provide evidence about my consent to the new trial and they could not provide any, however, they refused to provide a refund. I contacted my bank to dispute the payment so they will be hearing from my bank's claims department for these unauthorized charges on my credit card.

Auto-renewals are a trap here. However after a premium feature didn't function as it was supposed to, the customer service offered a 75% refund on my yearly subscription, which is definitely appreciated. Cool product too, needs more transparency and reliability though.

The subscription is excellent value. So much good content. The elite reveal stuff and expert videos are really interesting and pretty much guarantee you a top 10k finish.
Customer service is great. My payment bounced and the price had gone up a bit but was able to have a back and forth email conversation with Laura and sorted it for the original price. Wouldn't normally expect that kind of service from a site like this.
WARNING. Don't sign up for the free trial, forget to cancel, and then get mad that you forgot to cancel. Looking at previous reviews this seems to be an issue.
Also, if you want to cancel, Google how to do it and then do it, like all these types of services, cancelling is not rocket science.

Do not sign up with these scammers. They use their monthly trial as a hook and then place you on their premium membership which renews without notice. They do not communicate any terms in a transparent manner, nor do they send renewal reminders like any company with integrity. Shocked to see I've been renewed on a membership I did not sign up for. The company refuse to provide a refund and are adamant they clearly state their terms. Avoid at all costs!

Extremely poor customer service, with little or no response. Takes your money with no easy option to cancel with unclear guidelines. Will no issue refund even when able to see that the account has not been accessed, used or have any way of accessing an old email address.

Have used for the past two seasons, has really helped save me so much time and still stay competitive in the work league! Informative articles and advice, would recommend

As others have suggested, FFF do NOT follow the guidelines issued by the FCA, they charge for your subscription without alerting you.

A continuous payment authority (CPA) is a type of recurring payment that a merchant sets up on a customer’s card account using their debit or credit card details. As part of this process, the merchant should get the customer’s permission (‘standing authority’) to take payments as and when they’re due.

I have raised this with the FCA and have arranged for a chargeback on my card which, if they'd just refunded, could have saved them money. A customer for 5 years, but will not be a customer anymore due to shady practices. You have been warned!

I suggest anyone else in this situation contacts both your Bank and the FCA.

The service itself is decent but they apply very sneaky methods to make sure that a maximum of people get trapped into unwanted renewals ( not 1 notice or communication of renewal before a yearly billing period ) and that would be ok if they were applying some sort of cool-off period where they accept to refund you but NO. Thankfully this kind of company will be enforced into more sensible terms by the end of the year but if your yearly contract renews before end of 2024 make sure to cancel before renewal, no notice will be given and support will reject your request.

Please avoid.

I signed up on what I thought was a monthly subscription only to get a free trial. I was told that I'd be reminded before my trial ended, but the reminder was written with small letters within one of the 9 (!) emails they sent me within a week.

I kindly asked for a refund as I cannot afford 1-year subscription, but they denied my request as I was one day too late. I think this is really bad service, and I was very disappointed to find out that corporation with such a cool aim treat their users this way.
