I’m posting here as a last resort. I was eligible for the "Win Your Mini-League" guarantee and received an email from support on June 12th confirming I met the criteria. I opted for the refund rather than the membership extension, but communication completely stopped after that. I have sent multiple follow-up emails with no response. I would simply like the refund that was already confirmed in writing to be processed.

The app malfunctions treating me as if I don;t pay a subscription . Even on my lap top the team optimisation always fails , so you have to insert the team manually .
Plus the free hit option while working for that game week doesn't revert to my original team so I can't plan ahead . Fantasy football software engineers are mediocre . Why is the website as poor as it was 3 years ago ?

Good when it's working but totally sick of the glitches, constantly having to change my password and sign in every time.
This needs sorting, I don't have the same problem with any other site and I don't have time for it.
Having been a member for 3 years I've had it with FFH unfortunately and I won't be here next season. Enough is enough.

Terrible experience .

Why would I sign up for a package 2/3 of the way through the season ?
Like previous people have said , bad customer service and screams SCAM.

Very disappointing experience with the Fantasy Football Hub app. On iPhone the pages don’t display properly so you can’t even see the full screen, which makes using the tools frustrating.

I’m also constantly being logged out and having to sign back in again, which shouldn’t happen with a paid service.

The content may be good, but the app itself really lets it down. Unfortunately I won’t be renewing my subscription

Website didn't let me cancel, I emailed support to cancel months ago. They still didn't cancel because I missed their email asking if I'm sure?? Nah mate i was having a laugh. Absolute joke. Not worth the money when you are paying, the UI is useless and slow.

Poor and almost scam-like customer service.
Intrigued, I signed up for a free trial to the website but ultimately decided it wasn’t for me and went to cancel >48hrs before my trial period ended.
The cancellation button wasn’t working and I couldn’t cancel. I created a ticket with customer services to hopefully resolve the issue. This was still <48hrs before the deadline.

I received an email back within a couple hours which was gratifying. However, after requesting help in cancelling my trial, my high opinions ended.

I was asked to show a screen recording of me attempting to cancel and after doing that within minutes I have since had radio silence 🤷‍♂️. It is now a week since those emails and I feel utterly scammed.

This is first season using the app and its terrible. Its points predicting for players is so off the mark its laughable.
I don't find it to be user friendly, you can't look at past player stats, only predictions. It doesn't seem to actually work on recent performance but almost feels like its months out even feels as if its working on.last years stats at times.
The support has been good and I do like the format that shows your squads players at a glance for next 3 weeks.
Was worth a try but don't think I'll use again next season. I seem to do better without their advice.

As good as there word gave me a full year free for not improving my rank. Was a difficult Christmas period but there advice was sound.

Top-tier fantasy football platform. Excellent real-time updates and tools for strategic adjustments keep the competition sharp and engaging. Highly recommend for serious players.

I’m new to the app, but the first impression is that it’s not friendly designed. I find it hard to navigate between different tools.

Seriously , l do use this platform all the time and have found it helpful but this week l mistakenly used its Free Hit team and got 23 points ! I have never , ever done so badly and l came last in this weeks gameweek .Never ,EVEr think Stats are the answer and that Al is better than the human choices we make .

Waste of money. Okay to begin but then my FFH team bore no resemblance to my actual FPL team showing inaccurate bank balance and players chosen despite resetting and reimporting. Pathetic stock answers of ‘we’re working on it’ in responses to complaints. Wouldn’t refund. Beware.

Never synchs properly so the ai suggestions are always for the wrong week

The suggested transfers has helped me to be top of my mini league currently. The app sometimes freezes and asked me to log in even though I have it saved. Other than this small frustrations I find the app extremely helpful.

Terrible algorithm. They promised improvement in my results, but I've performed way worse that i did by myself. And it's impossible to cancel subscription. Zero value app.
