Honestly got mine on time, perfectly how I'd ask... I feel sorry for the other ppl, but my experience was the opposite... I wonder if its because not alot of ppl are writing good reviews that the stars are so low

My wife, daughter and I shopped here recently. There were huge banners reading “Buy One Get One 50% Off”. Also, when we walked in the store, the associate yelled “we’re having a huge Buy One Get One Half Off Sale”. We found a pair of Nikes then decided because it was half off the next pair we’d get another. We also got a third but didn’t find a fourth we liked. So three pairs of Nikes. At the register the cashiers revealed that it only applies to certain brands (Crocs and some others), not Nikes. We reluctantly paid full price.

These are dishonest business practices. At the bottom, the sign says “some exclusions apply”. Excluding all Nikes is not some exclusions. It’s a huge exclusion.

My advice is: choose a different shoe store. There are so many better ones that actually honor what they say.

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes this month (2 separate orders). Very happy with the fact that all items were a good fit while arriving within a week. Saved a lot with the 20% welcome discount after my first purchase. Rewards program adds up quick! Will be buying again soon! I don't know why they have such a poor rating on here so I wanted to give them some credit for creating a happy customer.

The girl who was working was really nice and gave me a deal on something other then shoes so I was kinda happy about that.

They double bill you for a product you did not get!!! Then they do not respond, cancel reward accounts for no reason....terrible place.

The location on Old Counrty Road in Westbury. There was a pair of mens sneakers way up top, couldnt reach. An employee happened to walk out of the back where were were standing and my husband asked him for a pole to get the box down. This stellar empolyee said "im on a break" and continued waking. My husband proceeded to tell him just what he thought of his attitude, and the guy said "Im not getting paid to help you!" Word for word! I was appalled and the manager said she'd "speak to him" Really? He should have been fired on the spot. Plenty of good people looking for jobs these days, this one shouldnt be allowed to work with the public.

Will never order again from famous footwear! Horrible customer service. Package was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days but literally took 27 days. Arrived at usps depot 1 hour away in 5 days and sat in warehouse for 22 days. After 10 days I called usps to see if I could pick it up they said call sender to authorize pick up. After 4 phone calls getting hung up on and transferred over and over famous footwear said they can’t do anything even though they just need call usps or change authorization online. Finally received package after a month even though the package was less than an hour away in perfect weather.
I will NEVER order from famous footwear again!

Save your money and go to finish line or footlocker , spent $74.99 on a pair of white Nike sneakers for work as a new grad nurse and they sent me used shoes , and how I figured out something was wrong is because my shoes had stained red lipstick on the flap and bottom left of a WHITE sneaker everyone , to top it off the shoes were not stuffed like brand new shoes is supposed to be instead it came unlaced , carelessly handled . The store that package my sneakers that is on my recipt is store #2982!! Someone in the higher ups better give me a discount for this , ya 20% off is not worth how this hurt me as a new customer ! And just know I will never be doing business with you guys again

What's not to like? Discovered them through duck duck go, not google, and got a great deal on Reebok athletic shoes and received via FedEx in two days! What's not to like?

Auburn, ca store. I am 84 years old, my great grandson and I each purchased shoes using different cards. The man (using the term loosely) was so rude and treated me like I was an idiot, said he was one of the asst mgr. I told him he was pretty rude and all he said was “I’m sorry you feel that way” nothing about treating me like I didn’t have good sense! Never will I ever walk in that store again!!!!! Nothing against Famous, just their choice of employee that represents them. This person would be better at a job not working with public!

Return services suck. I received an incorrect online order and instead of sending me the correct shoes right away, I’m being told that I first have to inconvenience myself to the nearest store location to return the incorrect item before they issue a refund and attempt to reorder the correct shoes if they are still available by the time I can get to a store. It’s actually quite annoying and inconvenient. Other stores have better customer service and can admit when they have done wrong. They simply could have reprocessed my order by phone and sent out a new shipment right away instead of further delaying my order. In the meantime they could have offered to send me a prepaid label to return the incorrect item within 30 days. Some places do that and if you don’t return an item within 30 days, you simply get charged for them. I’m just disappointed as I shop from Famous Footwear online quite frequently and this is how they choose to inconvenience their customers for things out of their control. Let’s see how soon I could get to a nearby store. Ugh!

I ordered online through quadpay. I wouldn't have an issue except I ordered 2 pairs and while one "the nikes" were perfect the "bulldog B52s" are insanely tight.if they weren't size 13 they would fit my girl ok.they are about as slim as a high heel.if you order online through them read reviews on the product because the return process isn't even worth time.

Scam,, they sent me wrong order and although i have all the documents to prove it they still denying

First, I want to say I've been buying your product for years. Today I placed an online order for 2 pairs of shoes. When I finalized the purchase a pop-up saying there was a technical error, try again later came up. A few hours later, while checking my bank account balance, I noticed I had been charged 5 times for the order I tried to make. I called up your online support and was told there is no order in my name at all, and to call my bank. My bank told me there's nothing I can do since the 5 charges are in-process. I have to wait and see if they clear and then I can dispute them. I called your customer service back again to let them know this. After waiting 20 minutes on hold the phone picked up and instantly disconnected and went to a survey asking how well you guys did solving my problem. I called again (another 20 minutes) and again was told nothing at all could be done. Basically sorry, but just deal with it. Then to add insult to injury I get an email saying there's items in my cart that I haven't paid for yet... really??? It's a holiday weekend and now I have less then $50 in my account until who knows when because you have kidnapped my money. I've been a steady customer for years, even before I became a member. I will never buy ANYTHING from you again! The best customer service can do is say sorry. I can't believe there's absolutely nothing that can be done for any kind of attempt at making this right. Ridiculous!

Love this store, I mostly shop in person but have done the occasional online purchase. No dramas. They stock my fave brand London Rebel.

Good shop for affordable shoes. The delivery took time took 8 days but it's okay!

While the stores were closed, I mostly shopped here for shoes. Good prices, fast delivery (within 3-4 days), and a wide variety. You can also collect points and get rewards which are good when you are a shoe lover.

I have often been buying shoes from them, because they fit well on me and my budget
