I signed up for auto pay to pay my famous footwear bill like I always make sure to do in order to avoid missing a payment date as it is too difficult to keep track of numerous payment dates for different cards. Despite signing up for autopay, I apparently didn't get my bill automatically paid and was assessed a late fee. Upon checking, it doesn't have any auto pay set up on the account. I don't know how this is possible when the first thing I always do upon receiving a bill is set up auto pay. I NEVER don't use auto pay in order to avoid having late fees like I'm dealing with now. I have now been assessed at least two late fees that I am aware of. I really don't feel it is fair for me to have to pay late fees that I took the steps to avoid having.

During the summer June 30 Sudbury ontario I ordered a pair of shoes for my son to be shipped to his cousin and I used my visa, turns out they ran out of the size so I get a refund July 7. I'm okay with that. Anyway a week goes by and I check my transactions, the same amount came off my card for the shoes I ordered in the first place. I decide to call my bank, I already called FF first and they said it must be my bank... FF said they cannot see it but why am I seeing it on my bank statement its either RBC is LYING or FAMOUS FOOTWEAR. I've been trying to email them or connect with them ever since.

Service was fantastic. Purchased Oofos Slide Sandal. I've been purchasing Oofos Flip Flops for many years (6+) and love them. More recently the Flip Flops are beginning to bother my toes so I purchased Ooahh Slide Sandals. They fit in the store but after using them for abt 1 hour walking, I kept stepping out of them and couldn't keep them on. In my case, I'd give the Slide Sandals a 0 rating and the store attendants a 5 rating. Now, I am wondering if I just throw them away. I returned the slide sandles and they accepted them and credited my card withoutquestion. I highly recommend Famous Footwear in La Quinta.

Shop here on a regular basis bought like five pair of shoes every time I shop Tell me why 2 pair of my shoes was worn. SMH famous FOOTWEAR And then I want to keep sending me these gift cards I SPENT ALL MOST 1500 IN THE LAST YEAR WITH YALL Do not shop here..

Had to return a pair of boots, months ago! This company still is not saying they refunded the order, even though tracking shows item has been returned to them. When asking where my refund is, they keep skirting the answer saying send them "proof" and tracking, even though they have the item! Calling my credit card people to dispute. Never shopping here again. DON'T SHOP HERE!

This is my first and will be my last time visit Famous footwear. The store placed an order for me because the missing size, but they are defect shoes. As a result, they placed 4 orders, every pair arrived showing defect. I was willing to still buy it if the manager can knock out a few dollars but her attitude is so bad that I decided to return the product. Then the manager only refund me part of the money and said the other half I have to bring back a 2nd pair I purchased together with this pair. The good thing is that I have not worn it. She wanted it back and disappointed to hear that I have not worn it and would bring it back for full refund. She never take the responsibility to feel sorry that it took me 6 trips to her store in hope to at least bring back one good pair but ended up with zero transaction. The managers attitude was very unapologetic and an attitude of poker face like she owes me nothing, not even a ‘sorry’ about the trouble. I will never shop there again.

I was so scared that something was going to go wrong with my order because I read the reviews on here. I feel really bad for everyone who had a bad experience but I am extremely happy with my order. The shipping was SO fast. I placed the order on Friday, and got it on Tuesday :). The shoes were well packaged and I’m really happy with everything.

Missing items from order but they are still for sale and in stock on the site, called customer service to get hung up on. Don't trust this scam website! not even worth 1 star will never use it again, I regret even placing my order now very much! terrible experience/service! stay away!

Shipping took 3 times longer than promised. Once the pure white shoes arrived they were stained with red scuffs and dirty and we were told by their customer service department "white shoes get dirty" They hadn't even been taken out of the box but we are to expect them to look used?!?! CMON... HORRIBLE.

They really need to stop using fed ex as a delivery service. Once again with fed ex they state that they made the delivery while I was sitting next to the door they say it was left at, I have no packages I get a hold of FedEx they tell me to contact Famous Footwear Famous Footwear makes you wait eight business days before they will file the claim so now I'm going to be waiting almost 2 weeks from day of order to just file the claim over the shoes that I have already paid for.

Ordered a pair of runners for my daughters birthday that cost $111, which the company happily charged me for and told me the shoes would arrive in 5 to 9 business days and I would receive an email when they had shipped. 8 days later I contacted the company because I had received no communication regarding shipping only to be told the order was cancelled. The lady on the phone was pretty indignant and could care less that these had been ordered for a birthday and couldn't provide an answer as to why the cancelled the order or why they had neglected to tell me they had cancelled the order, nor had they returned my money. Will not be doing business with this company again. Garbage.

We where treated with courtesy, and respect our day was brighten with good humor, they made the atmosphere comfortable.

Famous Footwear has the worse customer service. I would never step foot in a store or do an online order. They do nothing to make things right. They have lost a customer that has shopped with them for over 15 years.

They wrote that the order couldn't be processed because the billing address was incorrect, but they charged my debit card for $47.8. Very bad shop, not recommended

I have placed an order and paid by credit card but have not received any items and no reply from email.

Worst shipping ever. Order is 14 days old and still no product. Crappy shipping managers must be sleeping

Rating is really a 0. I am being discriminated against for FedEx mistakes I never received my package and customer service told me I can no longer receive orders to my address. WHY? I WILL BE ADVERTISING AGAINST FAMOUS FOOTWEAR.

Would give ZERO arts if I could. Worst customer service ever. The supervisor is a complete jerk.

Buyer beware

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this online store. 2 pairs of shoes, and I'm VERY disappointed due to the price versus quality. They both look like customer returns! One pair of Nike: Uppers were slightly creased. Smh no shaping inserts, no extra shoelaces, no stickers affixed to the sole. The bottom of the shoes which should be bright white looks more like an off-white. Obviously it's been in the box a long time. 2. A pair of Converse same situation they appear to be returns and even have some damage on the outer sole :( SMH I will never order from Famous Footwear again. 😤

This is one of America's worst businesses! There is zero customer satisfaction and managers are not interested in resolving problems related to quality, shipping, returns, credit, or refunds. Do not do business with Famous Footwear!
