The young black woman with the nose ring, never checked my shoe box to make sure that the correct shoes were in there or if the sizes matched. I could have put a expensive pair in the box and got away with it. she was more worried about writing something on a plastic cup of drink than me. No thank you, no nothing. No bag offered either. Not friendly. Poor customer service

Phoned to get specific instructions for their place of business in a large mall. Someone said 'hello' I asked is this famous footwear, someone said um, yes. I asked what stores are near you so I can find you. Mumble mumble someone said. Asian accent and I see when researching the company the shoes are al made in China and there are a raft of bad reviews, especially of staff. They need more and/or better training. I will not buy out of North America items. Quality of Asian overseas is to bad for the money.

The only reason I'm giving them a 1 is because there is nothing lower. In reality, it should be a -5.

They have not shipped an order, nor have they provided status. When asked about it online, their bot responds with "we'll get back to you within 48 hours."

It's been about 72 hours now with no response. They are thieves.

I placed a order online on April 8th. I ordered $166 worth of shoes I use the option pay with Google pay which was a quick option to choose. Unfortunately, for me Google use an old address. As soon as I notice this, I tried to cancel the order. Didn't I see a way to cancel the order on the website so I immediately sent them an email. I received a automated response telling me someone will get back to me within 24 hours. Well, it has been well over 24 hours and I still have not had a response the next day since there was no response. I reached out to the 1-800 number. I spoke with a woman who told me she could give me a credit for the inconvenience but there was nothing she could do ask for a supervisor, the supervisor so the same thing and she actually told me that I should just go to the address they are being delivered to I went to the address knocked on the door and of course they said they never received a package when the package said it was delivered to that address so they basically stole my merchandise and famous footwear could not assist me in anything I even asked. Is there anyway you can change the package and have it shipped back to you or even have you pick it up at fedex yeah, the crazy part about it is this is actually Google follow. Not famous footwear But the problem is famous footwear did not try to assist me in any shape or fashion. Their customer service is horrendous and if you ever have an issue you're basically screwed I would never use the quick option to pay with Google ever again and I would never purchase any shoe from famous footwear and informed my friends and family about this.

shopping for shoes for my 11-year-son on a Friday afternoon was horrible.. not only that they not have a his shoe size and more than 80% of the shoes for boys.. the boys shoes were mixed in with the girls shoes and a non-binary section… go figure so the question was how do I know what pair of shoes is boy shoes and what pair of shoes is girl shoes if you don’t have a girl in boy section like you have a men and women section.. and the answer is you don’t.. this is disturbing now we have to shop and question is this shoe boy enough for my son? I will never shop in the store again.. I also asked why not just have a boy and section like the men and women’s section so little girls who like boy shoes can go to the boys section and pick shoes.. and little boys who want girl shoes can pick girl shoes.. why make my shopping experience.. parent saying that I am the one who spinning the money difficult.. This is disturbing

The store located in Clifton,NJ the manager is so rude and nasty. I really don’t know how she is a manager. I was told I would get a refund check in the mail since January and I still haven’t received it. I have called 2 times about it and I was lied to there was never a refund issued. I called the customer service # twice last night and both times I was told to hold on them 2 minutes later the called was disconnected.

A girl was helping me. I have brain damage. I don't read and write real well. Couldn't understand the boxes. Her manager called her over to put her on shelf duty. Nobody else helped me. I walked out of the store and left but they were able to say have a good day.

I received delivery of my shoes today and was very disappointed at the level of care and attention. I opened the package and the box was torn and didn’t even have a lid. There were no paper or cardboard inserts in the
shoes; it’s as if someone returned them and they were just sent out as-is, in an incomplete box.
I won’t be ordering shoes online from this place anymore due to level of care and attention to detail. Can’t help but feel I was sent somebody else’s rejects.
Very poor customer service.

V živote nikdy celé zle objednala som tovar ešte pred vianocami dcére darček prišiel až po sviatkov ale úplne iný ako som si objednala. Na mail sa mi ospravedlnili za zhon že do 15 dni pošlú to čo som objednala!!! Doteraz ani tovar ani peniaze spať viac krát som sa pokúšala skontaktovať!! Prišiel mi mail ze moju objednávku neevidujú či som si nepomýlila spoločnosť otras ešte blbcov budú robiť. Po ďalšom maili už ani neodpovedali.

The automatic payment system which has my bank account info because I have paid multiple times, asked for my routing number and account number again. I immediately refused to enter that info into the internet again. I called, canceled my credit card with Famous Footwear. I can buy their cheap Asian made shoes other places. I will never again shop at this racket company again.

Ordered a pair of nike runners. They were not in a nike box. Cut out label from a nike box taped on. The shoes were clearly worn either in store or returned. Not horribly dirty but could definitely tell they had been worn. Sent an email today we will see their response to my email.

Terrible site to buy. Supposed to get one and the second one for half price. Then only one pair arrived and called them and they claimed they shipped both together. They refunded the half price of the cheaper pair and I ended up paying full price of the first pair. Deceiving! Will never buy from them again.

Terrible customer service, ordered shoes in store to be shipped to me, never recieved them and a month and a half later still have not been refunded. Called customer service several times and they are completely useless

Ordered boots. Paid for boots. Boots marked as "shipped". Weeks pass. Boots still show "shipped" but tracking says "awaiting carrier pick-up". Email customer service, days pass, no reply. Call customer service, on hold for 30 minutes. Finally, speak to a human who says they will have to re-place the order with a new payment. Demanded refund. Won't shop here again.

Received different product, the worst! They wasted my time. And now i have to return it. And spend money again on transportation. Very disappointing!!!

Same as most people here. Made an online purchase and received no confirmation email, but was billed immediately on my credit card. I have made several attempts to contact, but received no reply. I have contacted my bank to report fraud.

I purchased a pair of Sneakers, and the deducted the money off my Card. Only to get a message "Something went wrong". So they took my money, but I got no Confirmation about the sneakers. Now I am out $69.99 and no Sneakers. I don't advise anyone to buy on this Site. I will retract this review if Company FF replies with a delivery Confirmation.

Not 50% off, we bought 2 shoes and didn't get the next one 50% off, when I asked they said it excluded, but when I asked the excluded list, the brand I bought was not there too...it is kind of cheating, if there is an option, I can add my bill.
