I have been delighted with my purchase from FADS. They had the best price and delivery and most importantly my chair arrived when they said it would! I would definitely recommend the company to my friends and will be shopping with FADS in the future!

I ended up short of one roll of wallpaper to finish the decorating in my patio room, after trying two or three suppliers that were advertising availability of said paper it turned out they hadn't updated their site & in fact did not have any available.
I called Fads just to enquire as to whether they had any and was told that they would contact the supplier and call me back.
They called me back within ten minutes to tell me the supplier had one roll left and that they would send it out that day.
Two days later my wallpaper arrived, hats off to Fads, great service and I will certainly use them again before anyone else if the need arises.

Ordered a bunk bed for my son and website and my order confirmation stated 7 days for delivery. After 7 days I had not received a call, email or letter so I contacted FADS by telephone. I was informed that their delivery company would be contacting me within the next few days and I would definitely received the bed by the weekend. I informed my son and he was made up. Only issue was after a further 7 days I had not received a call, email or letter. I therefore chased them again today to now be told that the item is no longer in stock and that they were not expecting stock until next month. When I asked when delivery could be made the advisor was not able to comment! I had to suggest that he went away to find that information and call me back. He suggested they would offer me a discount after I repeatedly asked what they were going to do! FADS called me back to say they could not be specific on a delivery date but it was likely looking at an extra three plus weeks. They offered me a pitiful £29.00 discount due to them not offering a satisfactory level of service the bed is 300 pound! I have cancelled the order and I have gone with another company who will be delivering the item in the next few days for the same price!
FADS need to keep customers updated on their orders and not advertise a product as in stock when it isn't. The item is still on the website as in stock so beware!!

I ordered a tub chair and stool. It was exactly as stated colour wise and comfort. Quick and easy to order on the web site and payment taken when they said it would be. I received a phone call asking when it would be convenient for delivery and it arrived on the stated day at 8am. This was a hassle free purchase.

Purchased 2 pairs of Adele Dining Chairs last month. Required these for a new flat in London that we were furnishing. Had to request an exact delivery day as we were on only in London for 2 days to receive all furniture.
Chairs delivered as promised, well packaged, strong frames with minimal assembly and well protected to avoid any damage in transit. Look fantastic and really good quality - very happy customer - wouldn't hesitate to recommend FADS

Was trying to get this item from lots of shops who were all sold out and came across fads so ordering was very straightforward and received the item the next day all in all the services I received was very good....and would recommend highly....thanks.

The item ordered on line was out of stock. Fads offered an alternative at a discount. I'm very happy with the garden swing. Good quality, well packed and delivered by a reputable carrier to a rural location. I would purchase again from this company.

I absolutely love the bed we ordered it looks expensive the quality is good and it's excellent value for money.
My only reservation was that the delivery company left the bed out in the rain in the back garden however because it was well wrapped it was in perfect condition once it was unwrapped so maybe that's standard practice.

I was extremely satisfied with the service, delivery was quicker than expected and the quality of the items I purchased are fantastic and as shown on the website.

We were very pleased with our purchase of the Edna chairs. The delivery time given was adhered to and the service given was excellent.

I could not fault fads on anything.
Quickly ordered, quickly dispatched even though they was waiting on stock.
Kept me up to date. Very polite and friendly customer service.

I'm happy to recommend this company. Two bedside tables were delivered promptly- although I thought it was risky that the delivery people left the two large boxes outside my back door without even putting a note through the door to say they were there! I spotted them one morning which means they could have been there overnight.
The tables themselves are excellent. There were many screws and bits and pieces left over after making them but I would rather have that then too few. I will buy again from FADS.

I ordered a Firenze day bed recently for my daughter. I placed my order late in the evening, it was despatched the next day and I received it the day after that. The delivery man was polite and put the box in the hall way where i wanted it. The bed was good quality and easy to assemble. I'm really happy with the bed and will be returning to order another one for my other daughter in future. I'd recommend FADS to anyone I know.

Looked long and hard for dining room chairs before finding FADS, extremely competitive pricing and delivered on time with no hassle...would definately recommend to friends and family.

Although there was nowhere on the order form to state which type of delivery I required, on phoning the office I was assured that a delivery team of two men would bring my order into my first floor flat . When boxes arrived only one delivery man came, said he wasn't allowed to leave van in the street and was only contracted by Fads to bring items to main door. When I queried this he said He always gets complaints about this from all Fads customers. He did agree on seeing that I am elderly to place all items into the lift.
I will not purchase anything from Fads in future and will definitely not recommend them. My order was in three extremely heavy boxes and was manipulated into my flat with the help of other elderly tenants.

WE HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, ARRIVED AND INSTALLED VERY QUICKLY. THE MEN HELPED US AND IT WAS ALL SORTED BEFORE YOU KNOW IT.

Ordered bed specifically because it was advertised as in stock an available for next day delivery. I had a friend staying so it was perfect. After ordering I received an email to say it was out of stock and I would have to wait a week. Told I would be informed on the day of delivery that it was coming, cancelled order as impossible to take time off work at the drop of a hat. When I pointed out that they should update their website as it was misleading, I was told that as it was only out of stock for a few days they did not need to. Customer service was not helpful, took several emails to get the order canceled. Would never use this site again.

I ordered a bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers by phone. The ordering process was friendly and efficient. The products arrived on time and in good condition and, I guess Fads have changed their couriers as two men turned up, contacted me to advise me of their timings and carried my items up two staircases with good cheer.

All items were in good condition and the quality is high. I have used many other furniture companies by phone and online and rate Fads as one of the very best.

A friend of mine introduced me to FADS after he bought a dining set from their site. He is extremely fussy and difficult to please, so I thought they must be good.

At the time, I was looking for a sofa. FADS made the mindboggling process easy and stress free. The team were extremely helpful and efficent. I was so impressed with the quality of the sofa and their service, that I ended up buying a TV stand and dining table from them ( once again, they were excellent). Great value for money, great selection and great service. I am very happy!!

Absolutely terrible company. Arranging delivery slots with their third party courier "Furdeco" was a nightmare. When the delivery men did arrive they wouldnt move the item all the way up the stairs. Once my girlfriend and I managed to get the item halfway up we realised it wouldnt fit and tried to return it. Five weeks later and i am still waiting for a refund which they are trying to withold due to damage their couriers made to the item on the way back to the warehouse. Getting in contact with them is torture - they pick up the phone roughly 20% of the time and when they do they are rude and obnoxious, Just dont bother.
