Awful company - avoid at all costs
Awful company. No customer service at all. Awaiting our money back for a bed that never arrived. It was ordered two months ago and given multiple false promises of delivery dates. Wasted countless hours phoning them and days off work awaiting a delivery that was never happening.
Avoid at all costs. Will be taking advice from trading standards.

The top and bottom of the story is that the bed never arrived! Constantly chasing this company and made to feel like I was just an inconvenience! As a self employed person taking days ( 6 overall) out my schedule to wait for a bed that was never going to arrive! Compete blame culture of their courier company panther who are just as incompetent and rude. Was told that they would arrange for me to have an alternative delivery company which never materialised (what a surprise) the company DO NOT listen and surprise, Surprises after asking twice for company policy and procedure it’s not be sent! This whole process has been so overwhelming stressful and not resulted in any resolution other than me significantly out of pocket! I guess I will have Another battle on my hands to be refunded! This company doesn’t put the customer at the heart of their values. They need to be investigated as there are too many stories Sadly too similar to my own! Compete waste of time and energy!

STAY AWAY!!! Ordered a bed from FADS at the beginning of July, not once did I receive a phone call/email to say the bed was delayed I had to phone myself on several occasions. They promised to call me back but never did, customer service is awful. After a three month wait I had still not received my bed and the company were not willing to do anything to reconcile there mistakes. Absolutely appalling. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
(QUICK TIP SEARCH THE FURNITURE YOU HAVE SEEN ON FADS INTO GOOGLE AND YOU WILL OFTEN FIND IT FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER MUCH CHEAPER WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE).

Great service and a great product. I had to wait around 5 weeks for delivery of my bed, but it's well worth it. The service given by James was second to none.

OK customer service. Terrible product.
I'll start by saying that the customer service hasn't been too bad, which has saved me from putting one star. The product, however, is shockingly bad.
I bought an L Shaped Kitson sofa bed from FADS for £399. When it arrived the fittings were incorrectly placed which meant I couldn't assemble the sofa. After making a complaint I was offered a 10% refund and was able to fix the problem myself. However, the refund took over a month to reach my account, which, after a lot of chasing, I found out was apparently due to a problem with their payments system. Frustrating but reasonable enough.
The sofa itself is one of the worst sofas you could sit on. You can feel the springs sticking out, as well as parts of the wooden frame, due to it being so thinly padded. Needless to say, it's incredibly uncomfortable, both as a sofa, and a bed (guests have hated having to sleep on it so much I don't torture them with it now, just use a blow up mattress instead)
The stitching is now also starting to come apart and would be very difficult to repair. Considering that I bought this sofa in January, you wouldn't expect it to start coming apart after just 4 months!
I have requested for a part of the sofa to be replaced but have yet to receive anything, despite being told that its been dispatched. To be honest, this terrible sofa isn't worth all the fuss. Not worth the money at all!

Overall good experience
I received my console table promptly which although lovely was not quite right. However I then had quite a bit of trouble returning it. Fortunately
this was resolved thanks to Adam Spiniello so thank you Adam for your efforts.

Unfortunately the goods we received were faulty but our bad experience was turned good due to the first class customer service we received from one of your employees, namely, Adam Spiniello. Adam kept us well informed throughout the returns process and in our opinion went above and beyond the call of duty by intervening in the poor customer service we were encountering with the courier. Adam's friendly and professional approach along with his can do attitude was exceptional. We have recently received extremely poor customer service from employees of other companies who should take a leaf out of Adam's book. Well done Adam for not making us feel like 'Just a number'.
Guaranteed delivery actually means no chance of a delivery..
Ordered dining chairs via amazon in the hope that amazon would mean I don't experience the same issues as others... ordered via prime with guaranteed delivery and guess what, the delivery never arrived, amazon no idea what is going on, fads had not even put the product out for delivery. No idea on delivery date, only 'estimated'..
Luckily amazon refunded and order cancelled. Don't bother with these clowns.

Appalling customer service refusing to provide a replacement
I purchased the Kasa extending dining table at the end of April through FADs website .
In the July, I had to have the legs of the table replaced as the chrome kept flaking off, which were sent through to me promptly.
However, the table top laminate is lifting up right in the middle of the table I contacted FADs to ask for a
replacement table top.
I was told that as FADs has been sold to a company called EDPA who say it is not their responsibility to deal with my query as they only purchased the website on 1 September .
I however purchased my table in good faith in late April with Fads and the item is faulty. All I want is another table top which is still being sold on the FADs website.
All I can categorically state are that my rights are being breached under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 as the item was not fit for purpose yet FADs refuse to send a replacement. This was an extensive table ! .
PLEASE DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE APPALLING!
