Onboarding was swift and easy. Abby M. was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The credit team were prompt to respond and update any thing throughout the process. Fees are reasonable and would recommend to any business's out there that require direct debit features for their business.

Great Communication and Knowledge Of The Product

Abby went above and beyond. Answered my emails after normal working hours and worked with me to achieve my goal. I’ve been using Ezidebit for two months…

I’ve been using Ezidebit for two months or so now, and I can confidently say it has transformed the way we manage payments. The setup was seamless, Abby was amazing to deal with and the user interface online is incredibly intuitive. I love how easy it is to customize payment plans for our patients- it's made my business operations so much smoother.

What surprised me the most is how affordable the service is. I found myself double and triple checking Abby that this was ALL the fees we would incur- and it's actually true, it's such an affordable option without the need for expensive debit collection agencies as it's a proactive solution. With such competitive pricing, I can't believe I didn't look into it sooner- truly!

Additionally, the customer support team has been fantastic. They reached out to say hi (with a cool video too as I don't answer calls I don't know on my mobile) and offer assistance without me even having to ask. Their proactive approach made me feel valued and supported, which is a rarity these days. They have done all they said they would.

We're planning to roll out this payment option to all our patients to ensure reliable payments, eliminating the need for my admin team to chase unpaid invoices after the fact. In the medical field, there aren't many easy payment plan options available, and most post-pay plans aren't eligible, or cost a bomb. I discovered this service as a consumer myself when paying for my children's sports, and it has been the perfect solution to help us stop wasting endless time and energy in collecting payments from those who don’t pay their bills!

With automated reminders for payments significantly reducing my follow-up work, I can focus on what we do best. Overall, I highly recommend Ezidebit to anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective payment solution. It’s a game-changer for any business!

I recently signed up for Ezidebit, and I’ve been extremely impressed with how easy and efficient the entire process has been from start to finish.
Joining was quick and straightforward. The registration process was clearly explained, with simple step-by-step instructions. I was able to link my account and set up my payment preferences in just a few minutes. The system guided me through everything, and I appreciated how user-friendly it was—even for someone who’s not particularly tech-savvy

EziDebit still up to scams constantly

I cancelled my direct debit with EziDebit more than 2 months ago. Also blocked them on my Bank Account. But this is how disgusting this company is I noticed a Direct Debit again today. When I contacted my bank I was told that EziDebit get around blocks by debiting under a different name. So they change the name to EziDebitblock account and they can continue into the future continuously changing their name slightly and SUNCORP BANK told me that this is quite legal for them to do that. The only advise SUNCORP could give me was to keep my fingers crossed and hope it doesn't happen again, yes I agree that's not a reassuring advise from a bank but I was pretty much told if in doubt close my account and reopen a new account until I guess the next time I need to give my account details to make a purchase and then close the new account and open up another account. I use the card for online shopping at Coles and many other stores I got a feeling ill soon get tired of closing & opening bank accounts to keep them safe. Did anyone else realize their money is absolutely not safe from fraud in the bank or is it just suncorp.

Ezidebit fully complies with its obligations as an Authorised Representative of Ezi Management Pty Ltd, an Australian Financial Services licensee. Ezidebit's compliance with financial services laws are externally audited on an annual basis and the audit report is submitted to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

We are fully transparent in our dealings with our merchant clients and their customers. All prospective payers sign a direct debit authority with the business providing goods and services to you. Direct debit authorities can only be cancelled by contacting the business you have signed with. If you have cancelled your direct debit authority, then you can legitimately request your bank Suncorp to dispute the debit transaction and in effect, reversing the debit and returning the funds to you. That is the normal process followed by all financial institutions and is governed by the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) Rules.

If you would like to get your complaint resolved, please contact the Customer Advocate on aunz-compliance@globalpay.com. Alternatively, you can raise a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) on 1800-931-678 and Ezidebit will resolve your complaint in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Their system will "fail" to process payments and they charge massive "dishonour" fees, even when the same account has adequate funds and works for all other billers.

I'm sorry to hear you’ve had a negative experience using Ezidebit. Ezidebit provides payment processing services to gyms, clubs or other businesses that take regular payments from their clients. The businesses we support nominate a fee structure as part of our payments arrangement, which includes the fees they choose to pass on to their customers.

Ezidebit’s fees and charges are listed publicly on our website, plus we provide a Direct Debit Request form to all businesses who use Ezidebit for their customers. This form has our Service Agreement attached to this for customers to be clear and transparent about any fees/charges and how debits work with our company to help avoid failed payment fees.

We welcome your feedback and are constantly striving to provide the best possible service. We'll do our best to resolve any concern you have by giving us the opportunity to put things right. Our local customer support team would be happy to look into your transaction history and explain any specific transactions of concern to you. If an error has been made we’ll help to fix it. Charged $759 but goodness knows what for

I have been charged $759 by Ezidebit but goodness knows what for as I’ve never used Ezidebit in my life and I don’t know how you have my bank details. I wrote to you over a week ago asking for the details of the transaction but haven’t received as much as an acknowledgment. I will be reporting the matter to my bank as stolen money.

Ezidebit provides merchant payment facilities to businesses and our merchant clients sell products or services to their customers via various payment options, including direct debit payment facilities, which may be "one-off" or recurring debits to their customers' nominated bank account or credit card account.

Unbelievable

Hey! I have no idea why i had 2 withdrawals of $9 and I didn't understand what the amount was and if it was related to the gym. I’ve been cancel with my membership at Renegade gym at Mt Maunganui .
They approved my cancellation ahead of time, and I paid the cancellation fee. Normally, they will automatically deduct money from my card every week, which is the weekly fee I have to pay. But they did not deduct my money from December 13, 2023 until the day I emailed to cancel on January 8, 2024 and the day they approved my cancellation on January 17, 2024 and requested I pay the amount I have not paid since December 13, 2023. That's a very bad thing, they don't automatically pay and ask me to pay myself but don't inform me how much I have to pay, moreover I have no responsibility to do that because it's they job. We agreed from the beginning that they would deduct my auto. I asked them to deduct my money themselves, but they didn't seem to care and didn't notify me that your work would be taken from my money. I really don't understand why my money was taken unjustly. I need to know clearly, since December 17, 2024 we had a debate about how bad they were with customers and rude, but that party ignored me and did not announce anything. Oh, I really feel that they are unprofessional and the fact that I was charged this baseless amount is unimaginable. I will lock my account, because firstly I don't want money deducted for no legitimate reason, secondly I'm going to move to another country. I needed an explanation from them but they was ignored!

You are charging me way too much money. I am a Solo Mum on a single benefit. You havent communicated with me of when you will be taking money out my account. I had contacted the gym and ended my contract months ago. You owe me alot of money!!!

I would give no star if I could

I would give no star if I could. Absolute disgusting money grabbing thieves. The money is in my account but they don't take it when it's meant, then charge me a fee. The following week I make sure the money is in there, instead they take their late fee, leaving me short then charge me again. I will be cancelling my card to get away from these unscrupulous thieves.

The company I'd not paying I tried to withdraw, it says we do not have sufficient funds try again tomorrow row, after tomorrow it keeps on doing that I don't know maybe after a year. 😂😂😂

I tried to cancel a gym membership with…

I tried to cancel a gym membership with Ezidebit being the debit merchant. They continued to take payment for weeks after I had cancelled and did not rectify it after myself and the gym owner contacted them. The gym owner says he was not receiving the money. They have not responded to emails another situation. I had to cancel my linked credit card in order to stop the payments which has been hugely inconvenient. Such a stressful and unpleasant situation and company to deal with, I would not recommend

Aweful Service

I'm an existing customer with them and they withheld $2600 from my account due to a chargeback request that my customer is telling me they never mad and has provided me with proof that haven't received any funds.
After numerous phone calls and emails I'm now forced to take this up with Fair Trading Ombudsman and I'm looking to move away from them.

They refuse to provide me with even the name of the bank that I need to follow this up on let alone a reference number or more information.
