Where do I even start? Wow. Genuine A++ customer service like this is so refreshing to experience.
We recently transitioned from one bank account to another, including new account names and a new ABN — a process that can easily become complicated and time-consuming. However, Abby McGregor, eWay Business Development Manager, made the entire experience seamless.
Abby went above and beyond, personally calling us multiple times and consistently following up via email and message to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. She made sure we felt supported and confident at every stage of the transfer process.

The installation/connection was a bit tedious as I was talking to 3 different companies connected with the machine to our PMS program. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the outcome.

AVOID! Their pricing on website is only valid for few months and then increase pricing at will.
We have been a customer for more than 10 years, and they have suddenly decided to put our rates from 1.65% to 3.8% for VISA/Mastercard for international customers, and 4.45% for AMEX
We have switched both our business accounts today to ANZ worldline for 1.1% for both international and local cards + 1.2% for AMEX - good work kicking out your most loyal customers.
I’m sure business will be good!
Support has been terrible as well.

EWay gets a thumbs up from me
I found the onboarding with EWay pretty seamless. There were a few hurdles to cross understandably, but support was timely and effective. I particularly appreciated having a one on one connection to assist with things. Venkat was helpful and responsive. Once connected the interface is very user friendly.
I look forward to a mutually beneficial business relationship with EWay.

Prompt action and clear communication to onboard
Abby from Eway was prompt, up-to-date and most helpful in navigating our way to find a payment facilitator that matches our business needs. Eway is rubbish
Eway is rubbish. The service level is atrocious. If payments are important to you, then don't use eway. We had an issue where they mapped a token to the wrong card... Someone else's card. And they wouldn't stay past 6pm to resolve the problem. Wow. Is this a real company or just pretend? Following up the next day, there was no way to escalate the issue and thier site clearly states they hold no liability. As I said before, if you want to take payment.DONT use Eway.

EWay - Perfect Match - Low Cost to Customers - No Cost to Us
EWay is the perfect match and low cost plugin payment option for our no-cost, open-source NOPcommerce based shopping website. Customers choose our eWay VISA payment option more often because our website explicitly shows, at the shopping cart, it is better value compared to PayPal. We’ve used eWay since 2018 when we found eWay’s rates were way cheaper than our bank of some 25+ years and eWay is no direct cost to us. Processing refunds or incorrect payments are very easy to do using eWay’s straightforward user interface and also very safe. Going with eWay was the best decision we ever made for our ecommerce payment needs.
