I was initially sent to the website through a recommended source. GOOGLE to be exact. Skeptical at fist, I proceeded to check on their reviews. With of course the average percent of both good and bad. My main concern was authenticity. I had to make sure that my well earned money was being properly Invested In an authentic good and after a few minutes of browsing through their site as well as seeking some live help from their customer Service line, my transaction went as smoothly as anyone would truly hope for.
Believe me when I say that my skepticism wasn't completely swanned. I counted the days just to see If the shipping and handling would meet my expectations as I had asked their customer service line the approximate time I should receive my package. I come to find that my purchase was packed In a firm solid box and with no invoices included, at my request. Seeing that this was a gift In the first place. Turns out my purchase was In fact authentic, after having visited the Oakley store down my shopping center of course. They're the experts, not me.
That goes without saying, my partner loved his gift and I have no complaints. Ill be planning to invest In a pair of my own.

Do not like your returns. You only have an address on your website to return products, and also stating that at your discretion a refund can be issued.. Your website should have a return process with tracking the returns..replying to your question I sent my return to the address on your website just want the whole process to run smoothly and have my refund credited back to my cc

This Company does not respond I emails, calls etc.. Will be submitting complaint with the BBB they have yet to start a refund for item sent back and received by a W Pilarte.. Will not order from them ever again and I will get my money back!! 👎

Excuse me no reason? this company has yet to reach out to me through my emails or calls so this company does deserve the rating i'm giving other companies like glasses.com right away refund you when they get the tracking info.too bad they do not carry the sunglasses this company does or i would of ordered from them...with this company one has to be out there looking for them to get resolution..if they don't speak we can not hear...
