I really want them to know that their service is not adequate.

Order Number #6192. Like some of the recent reviews here I recently made an order for an eyeglass frame and paid for the USPS 2 day shipping.
After checking the shipping status being stuck at label created, I sent an email to Eyeweardistrict customer service but got no reply and the phone number goes directly to an answering machine.

From the looks of it, leaving a negative review here might get a response from the seller and if I do not receive one in the next day or two I will be cancelling the payment made through paypal.

Update: no response after days and I got my refund through paypal.
Update2: I really wonder what their response to this will be.
Update3: To my surprise, I received a delivery from Eyeweardistrict.
However, they sent the wrong pair. I received something I did not order. (Which original order I cancelled.)
As for the delivery time line. I made the order on April 19th, 2021. They sent the package May, 29th, 2021.
Now I'm wondering what I'm going to do with this pair. Not going to spend my money to ship it back to them.

Fake oakley sunglasses. 100% authentic my a$#.

Trying to return them for a refund but no one will answer me back.

Don't buy from these guys.

After seller reply:
You have recieved 6 emails from me that went without answer. Even paypal agreed with me and has given me a refund.

Glasses are great deal and the customer service was excellent when my order needed to be returned they gave me a full refund.
I just purchased a couple more pairs of sunglasses.

I have ordered my sunglasses and my address was put wrong. So I emailed and messaged to you multiple times but never hear from you. The tracer app said it was supposed to be delivered on 8/4 but still nothing happening. I would like to get refund if you still ignoring my email and really not happy with your service at all

Update: see the rely below. I have not received any email confirming refund or anything, and without any apologies “that’s why there is a movement” ????? Serious??Of course refund not been sent for the last 2 weeks. Do not trust this shop they’ll just take your money. I’m going to take an action with the bank

***I have contacted the bank for dispute and now it’s under investigation.
Today suddenly they sent me refund and now it wasn’t the correct amount. Instead of $157.50 US you paid back only $142.50 US.
And still, there is no single email to notify me regarding refund or anything at all

The shipment was timely, price was fair and the case was beautiful... I will recommend this company and buy again

Order #6127. Wishing I had looked here before ordering. Placed my order 3/28 and paid extra for USPS 2 day shipping. I can see Shipping label created with USPS they haven't received it the package to mail. Have emailed twice to either cancel or change shipping address because I won't be at the location the order was intended for very much longer. No response.

Update and reply to eyeware district:

I had a typo on order number. It is order 6127. How is it that you respond here but not by phone or email?

Update 2:. Apparently a 1 star review on trustpilot is how you reach customer service at this company. They claimed my prior emails has been in their spam folder. Can it get any more unprofessional? They also claim they shipped the order and USPS lost it - I am highly skeptical of that based on the tracking info.

This either feels like this is an individuals "passive income" business, or just a really well thought out scam that maintains enough real orders and refunds to keep it's reviews up to stay alive and keep bottom feeding on folks that don't know how to get their money back or take the loss and forget about it.

All that said, I am now awaiting the refund to be posted in my bank account. In the meantime, let's try to get this place off of google!

Update:. The refund came through for the product but they did not refund the 4.99 I paid for 2 day shipping. Stay far away from this company. I think they are one of many probably running similar scams. I would assume any positive reviews must be fake.

Final update: they refunded the shipping cost as well. I still can't recommend ordering from this site, it seems poorly run if not nefarious. I did add 1 star to reflect they that they refunded my money.

I placed order 8 days ago and my order is still pending. The FedEx tracking number I have been provided following the order confirmation shows that the shipping tag has been edited but the package has not been shipped yet. I have contacted the company by email (the one provided on the helpdesk page) but no one replies (although I am asking for information about shipping for a week now, no answer yet). I would really like to get the frames I have ordered and even purchase extra ones but I will ask for refund if it is not possible to get an answer from the seller. My order number is 6086. I hope this message will find the seller well.

Update to the seller’s reply: as said above, my order number is Order #6086. Please provide me further information you can get about my order. (03.26.2021)

Update 2. Still waiting for some news. (03.28.2021). Order has been done on 03.16.2021 and FedEx tracking shows that the package has not been collected yet.

Update 3. I have received a refund for my order (03.30.2021). The seller has indeed cancelled my order. Although I am glad I got my money back, it is a pity the seller had never been able to communicate properly. I think I am lucky I got a refund though, as I can read numerous negative feedback about this seller’s service.

I have been trying to contact this company for a couple of days now. I got tracking information from fedex that the glasses were supposed to be delivered on Monday 3/22. Then it updated to pending because the package has not been picked up by fedex. I'm trying to get answers as to why but no one is answering my emails. These were not cheap and I would like a full refund if these oakleys are not shipped within the next day or so. Order number #6090

This review stands as I finally received the glasses but I received the wrong ones. I ordered Oakley prizm guage 6 glasses which are the smaller ones and I'm a female with a smaller head. I received the guage 8s which are bigger and don't fit my head. Apparently this company only responds to reviews. Please contact me back to have this resolved.

I placed order on site 04.09.2020. I paid my order. But I still haven't received my order. the store is not responding to my messages. I don’t recommend it.

My glasses were so cheap and could not have ever got them fur the price in Australia

Im very dissapointed ordering from this site they send me broken glasses then ignore my emails asking to fix this problem. I was gonna order another pair from this site but now that I see how the treat customers and don't care. If they send you broken stuff. Very dissapointed. I ordered from here. What a joke

Easy ordering process and product was as advertised. This was a gift for my granddaughter and as it turns out not a proper fit. I reached out to customer service and was very quickly responded to by Eli who walked me through until my refund was complete.

Product as advertised. Shipping/delivery was quick. No issues with service or items purchased.

I haven't received my frames yet, as I only ordered 24 hours ago. But I received a text and email this afternoon stating that my order has been shipped already! I'm looking forward to receiving them and I plan on ordering more frames in the near future. Fantastic selection and great prices!
