I received obviously fake ray-bans. If you don’t know what to look for or have some to compare side by side, you may be fooled. The frame coloring is way off, the check authenticity codes don’t work, stitching on the case isn’t right. Don’t use this company. They will claim its authentic because they don’t want to publicly admit their products are fake. Also, they will reply to public reviews quickly, but not customer service emails. 0 ⭐️ horrible company, dishonest, and unresponsive.

Ordered 10 Days ago. Still have not arrived. Emailed the company but no response. Need these ASAP. Very frustrating. Wish they had a customer service number. Order 4300.

At the beginning I was afraid due to the low price but I have received my new Oakley sunglasses in just 2 days as promised

It has been three days since my delivery was due, fedex said the shipment was canceled, I have emailed the company twice in three days and have still not heard back. I will be disputing charges unless I hear back today. Is this a scam?

UPDATE: This sounds like a small business and the owner travels a bit, maybe explaining the wait times for tracking or response. I got a call back from the owner and the tracking information was provided...these were sent with a different USPS service but they forgot to send tracking. I appreciate the customer service and will adjust my review for a final time once I receive the product in a few days.

I reviewed these ratings and ultimately decided to buy some sunglasses from these guys as they had a discontinued color combo at a fair (but not bargain basement) price. I got a shipping confirmation quickly, but then noticed that less than 10 minutes later, that shipment was cancelled with FedEx. Phone number is NY-based but office is in Miami, and the phone number isn't even listed, though I was able to sleuth it up. No answer to 2 emails in 2 days and no answer on the phone, not even a voicemail set up. Please keep an eye on my review as it may garner a response, or l'll update if I get one. Luckily, I purchased this on a CC that will back up my purchase and investigate any issues with the seller if they don't come through.

It has been a week and I have not received any shipping confirmation. There is no communication from the company to explain the delay because their website states they ship within one business day. Worst service ever. I need my money back

I came here to actually find out if eyeweardistrict.com is a legitimate business. I placed an order October 11th (Order#406-x) (date confirmed by eyeweardistrict.com 10/11/2019) I also happened to have paid for expedited shipping, I've sent 2 emails following up on order ...... no reply whatsoever. According to PayPal, funds have been claimed but no order update since payment.

I am very much happy with the service and value as well.

I highly recommend Eye wear district. I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses and am very impressed with the customer service. I did not receive the sun glasses when expected but life happens so when I sent an email I received a phone call with in a few hours and the order was looked at and when the mistake was found the glasses where not shipped it was immediately fixed. A set of sunglasses was sent out and I have already received them. They look great and I am very pleased. Thank you. Roger

I ordered a pair of sunglasses which shipped very quickly! I decided to return them and it was signed for on 5/28. I have yet to receive a refund. The e-mail on the confirmation does not work and nobody answers the phone!

Never received my glasses, tracked them and delivered in the US instead of to where I live in the UK in though my address in the system was correct! I emailed there contact email, and my email was returned, tried over 5 times and the samething happened! Rang the number of the Miami office and left my details no reply!! As I paid with my credit card I am speaking to them to get my money back!

Update!

Had a reply saying they had shipped to my address!! Even though the tracker shows other wise!!!
Still can’t get an answer on the phone or by email!!
Do they have a different number/email than the one listed?

I would highly recommend! Product came in within the expected delivery date. To be honest, I was very afraid of ordering from a online website that sell high brand name products. Usually once you receive the product it is not authentic along with cheap quality. The product that I have bought from this company is AUTHENTIC with GREAT QUALITY. I am extremely happy and will be ordering more from them.
