Thank you for the kind review and valuable feedback.
With regard to shipping, we aim to get people's orders to them as quickly as possible, hence Next Day delivery is standard. We also offer free shipping on orders over £75. The majority of our customers qualify for this but we are aware that for those purchasing small orders the shipping cost can be an issue.
Unfortunately in order for us to supply our customers as quickly as possible, our relationship with DPD doesn't allow for a cheaper, slower option. That said, should we have enough feedback on this issue, it is something we can look into in the future.

Hi Brian. Sorry to hear you are disappointed with our service. While we can't comment on what other companies charge for shipping I can address the other issue and appreciate the feedback.
We will look at improving the information available on Honeywell products - indeed all our products - so this doesn't happen again. However it does clearly state on the product page which masks these filters do fit - namely the 5400, 5500 and the 7500: https://www.express-safety.co.uk/product/filter-north-honeywell-n06575081l-a1p3-hp731/
You are welcome to return the filters for a refund. Please see here for how to do this: https://www.express-safety.co.uk/returns/
