Ordered our day 2 test for 6 people which all arrived as stated, went away and returned home did my family's tests as required but 5 days in not one of us has had a result yet. I have phoned 4 time to speak to someone and 4 times have been cut off . Absolutely disgraceful will never use again .DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I gave them one star because it wouldn't let me give them no stars.
Booked 2 tests went to put ref number on plf and it wouldn't except it.
Told EM and they knew of the issue and offered a refund. and it would take 48hours. 25 days 4 emails . still waiting for refund. won't reply to Chat, won't answer emails won't answer phone. please avoid these people and don't get conned like me.

I ordered the kit on Sunday it was delivered Tuesday. I arrived in the UK on Thursday did the test and sent it back on Friday got negative result yesterday (Tuesday).Bargain at only 20 quid.

We have also had a terrible experience with Expert Medical. Have waited over a week for test results and tried to call them but the phone just rings!!! We have also sent emails which have been replied to but obviously full of lies. We were told we would get our results by the end of the day yesterday!!! Obviously not received them yet !!! I feel that we have been SCAMMED !! Cheap or not this company has been endorsed by the government and should be regulated. It’s probably owned by an MP and they are cashing in on other peoples misery. Par for the course!!

I booked my day 2 pcr test with expert medical all Fine it came to me on time and i send them back on time and got results also. So pls dont blame them and they reply ur email & phone also i my myself Mohammad Ali Chopdawala recommend for expert medical cheap & best 5 star

No complaints never put a foot wrong great value for money. Not the easiest to get through to but who is these days received codes test and results on time.

Terrible company. Paid for a day 2 PCR which didn’t arrive, followed up to ask where it was & they said a replacement would be sent…that was 5 days ago and still nothing. They do not reply to emails & are now not responding to live chat. Do not use them.

I had to wait 6 days for my result to come through. They lied to me and said it’s coming tonight for the last few days. I haven’t been able to go to work! This is awful stay away everyone!!!!

TERRIBLE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

It’s been 6 days since to receive a result and every time we call them, they say it’s coming tonight for the last 3 nights. They hung up on you when you ask a question.

This company do not work on weekends, if you send your test on a Friday they will not process until Monday. Cheap but get what you pay for.

AVOID!!! This company are terrible!! I still haven't received my results when I was told at the weekend that it would be 48 hours maximum, they do not respond to online chat, neither do they respond to email enquiries!

My reference number did not work on the PLF. I am fighting for my refund. It has been 3 weeks now. Avoid this company as they are crap.

Why is the government not regulating PCR Test companies as they have us held to ransom!!! "Fast Accurate Results" they quote. We are into day 5 waiting for results for a 2 day test. Online chat never gets answered, and as I've just been on hold for 50 mins to their test centre and then cut off!!!

When I originally queried the instructions on the test itself as their instructions contradict themselves, their answer was, follow the instructions!!!

They are cowboys, with a licence to print money!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOURS..... YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Utterly abominable service. Ordered a day-2 test on 7th Sept 2021, it was never handed over to DPD and therefore I never received it. Have been trying to get a refund for months with no success.

Today's adventure with customer service involved three separate phone calls, two of which were hung up and the third told me I needed to fill in the complaints form (again). It's a waste of time but they need to be held accountable for their terrible service.

After 7 days my 2 day test is apparently still in the lab 🤷‍♀️
Rubbish!!

I've used them twice for Covid Tests. The first time we had to chase for results after many days but weren't quarantined so didn't care how long it took. The second time we chased much earlier as we were quarantined. We heard back 3 days after they'd received our tests. For £20 a test I think this was excellent service.

Ordered a day 2 test which arrived fine, sent off test on Thursday and as of Monday still no results have been received and I’m due in work! I will now have to take up paid leave until the results arrive and order a test from another provider. I’m not sure how this company can keep trading and advertising a service they clearly can not fulfil! Not sure if they are a scam or just completely incompetent.
Please do not order if you need your results back and can’t afford to isolate for the 10 days!

DO NOT USE!!!! No results since taking pcr day 2 test. Isolation ends tomorrow (10 days) and still no results had my parents been part of the country work force rather than retired the impact would have been financial. This company should not sell a service if they are not capable of providing it! Should be shut down!

As soon as I arrived home, I did the registering of the test on-line, did the test and posted it. It was signed as been delivered at 09.15 the day after (Friday). Just after 14.00pm on Sunday, my test result came back by email, I understand people have had bad dealings with this company, I am just posting my personal experience, I will use again should I need to. Great price too, £20!

After all the negative reviews on Expert Medical I thought I should give credit where it is due .After slight delivery problem where wrong address was put on DPD delivery package ,I found every other step of the process fine . Ordered 2 PCR Day 2 tests which arrived before time needed despite problem mentioned above . Completed both tests at 20.45pm on Wednesday 15th December posted in Royal Mail priority post box at 21.00 pm. Both results received back by 14.15pm Sunday 19th by email . In view of Christmas post and it also being a weekend ,Well done Royal Mail and Expert Medical .
