I ordered a Pcr test on the 29th November,,I was due home on the 1st December, it arrived on the 6th December!! I bought another through Randox in between, it arrived in a day an sent off within an hour. I got the results back in 2 days!! I then sent my expert medical test off on the 6th December. I got a notification to say they got it on the 9th December!! Haven’t received anything else back from them. I tried phoning them,but no one answer’s. Absolute crap company, they are very quick to take your money, but anything else they don’t give a s***. Do not use this company for Pcr tests!! Like I said before it’s an absolute crap company!! If I could of given no stars I would of!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered Day 2 PCR tests and was told they would be delivered on 7 December. I even received a DPD notice but when the package did not arrive I checked the tracking and DPD had not yet received it. I contacted the company and was told it was probably lost and they would send out another. No DPD notification was received and no package. I emailed again and was told the package was going to be sent off shortly. They say their phone lines are manned 24/7 but I could not speak to anyone despite holding in for almost 10 minutes. The test was now too late and we’d needed to go elsewhere so I asked for a refund. The company told me that they operate a no refunds policy once an order has been made. This is clearly fraud as I have not received the article I ordered. I have reported them to the Competitions and Marketing Authority who are already investigating them.

We paid less than half others charged for pcr test and service was excellent,posted them wednesday got results back saturday.

I love this company. Though they are not on the government list it is still perfectly ok to use them. You get the booking reference to go on your PLF form immediately, then it’s dispatched in a few hours from booking, it’s always at my house before me, I do it, send it back, hassle free and way cheaper than these others go are profiting from our suffering.

Tests were waiting at our place when we arrived in the UK on Tuesday. Submitted to post OK and activated OK on Tuesday evening. Checked on their chat facility Thursday evening and in response to our full set of identifying data the person the other end said they were in the system being processed. Saturday 12.00 and still no sign of the results. I wasn't impressed when I checked the address location on Google Earth - no visible premises on a run down parade of shops.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Took my money but failed to send a test kit. They haven’t replied to emails or chat and offer 0 refunds. STAY AWAY !!! Essentially equates to theft/fraud…

Read the competition and markets authority investigation prior to purchasing anything from this company - I didn’t and got scammed out of my money.

My experience: Tests arrived but results never received and when I chased it up they claimed they had been lost in transit - this isn’t true as I had tracking evidence it had arrived with them. On deeper investigation it appears all the testing labs have withdrawn services from the company due to an investigation by the competition and markets authority.

It’s ridiculous that this company is allowed to trade given the amount of tests - the company should be investigated for fraud!

Don’t lose money go elsewhere - Amazon provide tests cheaper and more reliably that this fraudulent company

Tests ordered did not turn up. No response to phone, email or online chat.
Have opened a dispute via my bank

Posted my husbands day 2 PCR test on 9th December they claim they have not received it and told me to call back. I called again today and they still have not received it, so I requested another day 2 test and the woman was very rude and then she cut the call. I called back and the call kept being cut off. I have emailed them and had no response. I sent my husbands day 8 by next day guaranteed delivery - it’s been delivered and signed for let’s see if they claim they haven’t received it!!

All of us that have had a bad experience with these clowns should all come together and bring a case against them - they have taken our money and NOT provided the service they promised.

Have used them once previously and they were good. Now they are shocking! I am 96 hours into posting of my kit now and no result. The website states 48-72 hours result from posting.
Awful service and I didn’t realise until I had a problem and came on trust pilot how bad they are. And that they had been removed from the government website. 4 days off work without pay now. Are they going to pay for that? I’ll never ever use again

Purchased two 2 day fully vaccinated test kits in Sept for October Travel - only received one result - no communication about missing test kit - contacted numerous times resulting in completely different test kit being sent one month later!! Terrible customer service - DONT bother using this company unless all you want is a reference number !!
Shame these companies are not regulated seeing how we have no choice to use them!!

Ordered two kits whilst abroad. Received confirmation emails immediately with codes for Passenger Locator forms. Kits delivered within 4 days to address given. Activating test was easy. Posted tests off on Monday and received emails with results on Thursday afternoon.
No problems.

Waiting for the email (day 3) which never came so I called. Was on hold for 15 mins. Got through to a nice lady who confirmed I am negative and sent the results by email

Tests were ordered before we arrived back from abroad and arrived as planned. Easy to administer test and results arrived back within the allotted time frame. £20,very good service. Will use again.

Excellent service never had a problem ,cheap and reliable

I received the PCR Day 2 Test quickly , however, I never got any results back. Some people seem to have had good experiences so I reckon this company provides inconsistent service quality. If you’re dependent on the result Id say avoid this company as it’s cheap but very unreliable!

In order to be objective I just point out facts and figures and after that everyone can make up its mind who is to blame for the "delay".
Ordered day 2 test well before my arrival in the UK. Was not expecting to be sent immediately so my wife had to pick it up from the post office, as I still was not in the country.
Arrived on Friday Dec 10th literally at home at around 21:35.
Did the test 10 min later at 21:45 and went to the closest royal mail priority letter box in my area of SO23. On the letter box it was stated that the next collection would have been Saturday, 11th Dec at 12:00.
And now I just copy what I read on my screenshot from the royal mail tracking:
Monday 13th Dec 15:30 (!!!!) Item received Southampton MC

Tuesday 14th Dec 04:15 Item received Leeds MC

10:05 same day "We've received your item and its now being processed for delivery" Bradford North DO

11:12 same day Delivered and signed Bardford North DO

Now Expert Medicals T & C say that they will deliver the results within 72 hours after receiving the sample, which apparently was yesterday slightly before noon.

Received m e-mail today at 17:06, but in the result it is stated that the result was already ready at 09:27:07. Not even 24hrs after having received the sample. The only thing I find weird is that they only send the e-mail almost 8hrs later, in order to stay more in self isolation (actually nobody from the GOV has called or checked). Pointless for me as I went back home outside the UK. But who really is to blame is Royal Mail and not EXP MED. What has happened between Saturday 12:00 (the collection time) and Monday 15:30??? More than 2 days!!!!! And don't say now "but Sunday it's closed". It should have been transported to Leeds on Saturday evening and not on Monday evening.
Useless calling it priority letter box and better say no collection until Monday.
But honestly, thumbs up for Expert Medicals. It's not always their fault if a lot of customers write negative reviews. Maybe I was only lucky. But that is the price you have to pay if you want cheap things. But even with a much more expensive test, lazy snail Royal Mail wouldn't have changed the outcome anyway.
Without my trip abroad today and respecting the rules I would have ended up almost 5 full days quarantaining.

I was wary about ordering after reading the reviews. But I can’t fault them. Received kit within 3 days from ordering. Sent kit of on a Sunday and got results back Wednesday tea time. For the price (compared to all the others) I cannot fault them

Clearly very wary when ordering 2 day tests for our return from Spain after reading recent reviews but my experience was faultless. We used Randox a couple of months ago and we received exactly the same service as then but at half the cost. Whatever problems the company has been having it appears to have been resolved
