Used for two day test. Arrived quickly and in time. Code worked on locator form. But only one out of two returned a result so basically a waste of money. Ok the number worked on locator form and I would prefer to do it right but have been told that any number works on the form!

I need to understand if the Gov PLF is still accepting codes from Expert Medicals.Iit looks like it's the cheapest company around, however I know it was removed from the Gov list and is now under investigation (Same as for Dante's Lab). Also the last review here said PLF is now NOT accepting their codes. I didn't use this Company for a previous travel as the website looked like a scam, however everything else is so expensive!!!

The PCR Day 2 code was not accepted by the PLF, so had to buy a different one. I complained and asked for a refund but they did not even acknowledge my email. No wonder they have been removed from the Gov approved providers list.

Very poor service. Do not use this company

Absolute disgrace of a company. Send our day 2 test on Monday 2oth Dec, still not had result, today is 27th, emailed & telephoned company, no reply. Do not use this company.

I didn’t read the reviews until after I had booked our 2 day PCR tests. I was really worried after reading the reviews and finding out they were no longer on the Gov list as a provider.

This company was recommended to me by a friend who has used them many times with no problems at all.

I had no need to worry. The tests arrived when they said they would as did the results. I did phone them when I couldn’t initially activate my tests and I also emailed them when my husband certificate arrived twice. They sent mine while still in the phone. They responded both on the phone and by email promptly.

I wouldn’t hesitate using this company again and they are very reasonably priced in comparison to other companies.

We used this company for our day2 PCR tests. Five days later and they say that they haven’t received our tests which were sent by Royal Mail 24. I now know they have been removed from the governments approved list. Awful service.

I Ordered a day 2 PCR test from this company and it was a horrible experience.
My day 2 test kit was sent late and there customer is horrible. I'd advise not to buy from this company.

Absolute farce. Paid for a day 2 test for my return from Spain. when I got home the kit had been put through the letter box. Fine so far. On day 2 I open the pack to find that there is mo sample jar so test is useless. Many calls and e-mails without success, also I am technically breaking the law as I haven't given a negative day 2 lateral flow result. I used one of the free government issued tests, just to have some record. i am going to try legal action after the Christmas holiday. This is corruption.

we were already away when the rules changed - we paid online for PCR which was delivered as promised to our home address. We did the tests, posted off via Royal Mail Monday night....received one result Thursday & one result Friday. Okay they did not answer my emails but they did answer my telephone call. We used them back in October and same time scale (no quarantine rule then). Very happy particularly with such a reasonable price.

Expert Medicals worst company to deal with regards pcr day 2 test still waiting for results from October phoned them 3 times !! They said not received NOT a company you want to be dealing with maybe cheaper but absolutely useless and you would be waisting your money Avoid completely

Was a bit worried looking at reviews but my experience was 5*
Kit delivered in a few days, online validation all good. Posted 2 day PCR test the day I returned from holiday at 10am, received my negative result by 8pm the next day Xmas Eve. There must be a lot of unlucky people out there looking at the reviews.

Hi, DPD have incorrectly delivered an Expert Medicals test kit to my home. I found it on the doorstep but it is addressed to someone else at a completely different address. I have googled the address but it doesn't exist. I've tried calling, emailing and online chatting with Expert Medicals but I have received no response. I feel very sorry for the person who is awaiting the kit. I'm sorry I am unable to get it to you.

Tests were dispatched fast for my parents and instructions were clear and straightforward to follow.
Tests posted for collection on Thursday tea time and received Sunday afternoon.
I speak as I find and had no problem with this company they are working hard with increasing demand even over the weekend. Well done

I really can't write highly enough of the service we received from expert medicals, exchanged our return journey dates on three occasions, each time we emailed them to let them know and each email was acknowledged and responded to.
We put our tests in yesterday morning and have just received the results less than 36 hours afterwards.

5 days in & NO test results from this company called expert medicals. Very poor service
Definitely NOT recommended. Do not use.

Came on time very easy to do and only cost 20 pounds don't see how the ratings are so bad must be the other companies annoyed they are selling the test so cheap

Absolutely shocking… day 2 covid test sent on Sunday and still no results. This has prevented me from returning to my nhs auxiliary job which is short of staff already and also prevented me to getting all my last Christmas bits.
If I knew it would take this long I would not of used this company.
Hoping I get my results today so I can finally get out this house.
If not my Christmas will be ruined.

The absolute worst customer service. Got hung up on the call so many times. I asked them when will get my day 2 results as it has been over 6 days. They said they still haven’t received the results and said to wait and just hung up on me several times. I’m issuing a formal complaint to trading standards UK as this company is a clear scam and run by fraudsters as a cheaper alternative test kit.

This should not be taken so easily. Don’t think you will actually get your results back with them. DO NOT BUY! Spend an extra £20-£30 more to be headache free and getting your results backs soon. Again, stay away from these fraudsters.
