Day 2 test completed and posted in priory box on 24th Dec 2021. It’s now 2200 on 31st Dec and I still haven’t received my results.
Will the test still be reliable after so long?
Why do they have priority box links on the website when clearly the tests are not collected from the priority boxes as they should be?
Will not use again.
My partner had his result today. His was negative. Strange that he had a positive LFT at the same time as doing the expert medical test. He has had a positive lateral flow for 8 days since also a positive PCR two days after the expert medical one so the lateral flows weren’t false positives.
A good £20 for getting a code for a locator form but that’s about all.

Please take reviews with a pinch of salt.

For £20’per test & having reference via email made m passenger locator form and return trip from USA less stressful.

Tests easy to follow - returned on Tuesday afternoon - received results Thursday afternoon.

Certificate clear and fantastic service.

Would use again and recommend.

sent test on tue it says 72 hrs results back Got nothing yet but you can live in hope.
WOULD I USE AGAIN WELL THE NUMBER WORKED ON THE LOCATOR FORM . WHICH IS MORE THAN I CAN SAY FOR SOME OTHERS IVE USED. I'm sick of getting ripped off Boris, while your people do what they want. NOW WHEREs THE CHEESE AND BISCUITS.

disgusting, three days after we get back, still no tests. this is a SCAM company do NOT USE

Why is the company still allowed to trade. We ordered 2 day test kits in August for our return from Spain. The kits arrived 12 days after we returned. We had to use alternative supplier to confirm our negative results. However we used the kits, which have a 12 months valid date, for our return from Spain this Christmas. We sent them by special delivery Monday 27th Dec 21 which was guaranteed delivery the following day. We have had no response from them as at today Friday 31st Dec 21. Again a complete waste of time for our results. Why is this company still trading they are taking money under false pretences. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY THEY ARE A JOKE.

Received my 2 day results late at 22.00 01/01/22. One consolation the result was negative.

I’d avoid feel like I’ve been ripped off sent back on 28th December today is the 31st also it’s my birthday and still no results massive Let down the Goverment should not allow these kind of company’s to provide tests

I’ve successfully used these guys a few times back in the summer. But the last 2 times have been shocking. My last result never arrived, then I booked another one which did not even show up. Customer service is horrendous. This place is definitely a money scam. Basically paid money for a code to put on the locator form.

Shouldn’t even award a 1 star as Expert Medical provides totally unreliable and unproffessional service.
Since 24/12 I had no replies to chat box, no answering the call and still waiting for PCR tests results posted via recorded delivery on 23/12 and 27/12. Certainly cannot blame Christmas shutdown for post I also used another provider who did the job in time.
Pls dont get fooled by £20 test price offered online unless you are not restricted by timed reply or want to donate the fee😤, total scam.

Amendment - I just received my results! Better late than never and doesn’t excuse the poor customer service - but credit where credit is due … now received!!

JUST DON’T!!!
Test took 3 weeks to arrive. Had to make alternative arrangements. Saved Test for next trip … sent it back and still awaiting results - account I created apparently no longer exists - despite me activating online. No response to online chat enquiries. Impossible to get through on phone. No response to emails. Govt. no longer recommend - save your time, money and energy and buy elsewhere!

Well, you get what you pay for? Not even that in this case. I bought this kit while in France from a friend so I could complete forms and return. It did that job for me, but nothing else. And email and chat helplines are dead. They still have my test, no result ... shocking. (update, result eventually received, but so slow, and no ability to speak to them)

Received day 2 PCR test by courier within 48 hours and entered ref: number on locator form, on return home activated tests & hand delivered 2x day 2 tests so there could be no excuse of lost or delayed in post. All good up to now and very cheap. However 1 result received back within 48 hours , negative brilliant, emailed them twice for other result, no reply, telephoned, no answer. Rang back a few days later they eventually answered and e-mailed me result immediately. So excellent price if you just want a reference number for you locator form but if you actually need the result's its a gamble.

Better don't waste your time and money on this is company not reliable I order three packs of day 2 PCR testing (home kit) I only received 2 I called them, I was on phone for 20 minutes they hung on me I wrote them twice nobody response they are scam

What a absolute waste of money Bought 2 test .Did manage to get results back for one of test. And luckily enough it was hubbies test which he needed to return to work. But my test has never come back . I'm now opening a section 75 to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!

Sent the tests back to the lab on the 23rd and at the time of writing this review its now the 30th. If your genuinely needing your results back to go about your day to day then use another company. If your happy with just getting a code for a locator form then this is a cheap option. Basically con artists nothing more........

EDIT... I RECEIVED MY RESULTS THE EARLY HOURS OF THE 31ST. SHOCKING SERVICE

Never received the Day 2 results for the two PCR tests I bought. Sent them to their laboratory over a week ago and received nothing back. Will never use their services again.

Very poor and would definately not reccommend. Ordered 2 tests on 1st December for my arrival on 10th. It is 29th December and have received an email informing they will be delivered today. No response from customer service, wasnt able to speak to snyone and had to buy 2 new tests.

Lot of bad reviews may have not considered Royal Mail has been a disaster for past few months, not just these holidays. I chose to hand deliver our Day2 samples on 27th Dec and received results as promised in 24hrs, on 28th Dec. No confusion at any stage. Cheapest test at £20/kit i could find as opposed to other rip off providers who charge double, triple and higher.
Its been a brilliant experience for me.

My parents completed and sent off their PCR day 2 tests on the morning of 26.12.21. It is now 28.12.21 afteroon and we have not received the results.
I spoke to the chat function but received only repear formulaic responses and no answer to questions.
I tried all customer support numbers three times: first call - 13 minutes, 2n - 13:07 mins, 3rd - 13:11 mins. Each time I was cut off on their end.
Shocking customer support - there is no way to speak to anybody.
I also emailed them - no response.
