Useless never get result waste of space

Do not trust in this company, they are not “Expert” in any way, they don’t reply to emails, they don’t answer to phone calls, they don’t reply on chat, nothing… if you really need to rely on tests results AVOID at all this place!

We're still waiting for our PCR Day 2 Test Results and its Day 5! The testing kits were posted pretty quick after being ordered on 28th December and arrived on 30th December. We posted the samples back on 30th Dec and we're still waiting for our results. The customer service is pretty crap and keep telling me to call them back the next day. The excuses are endless - bank holiday, christmas, new year etc! I'm glad it's a Day 2 and not a pre-departure test. I'd stay away from them if you need to see results. If you just need it for a PLF, it'll do!

Purchased day 2 testing: If you just want the code for your passenger locator form to return to the UK, then these guys are one of the cheapest ways to obtain that. If you actually want a result from your PCR test then go somewhere else. This is the second time I have used "Expert" Medicals with no result returned.

I purchased 4 tests for 2nd day testing on arr in the UK. One for myself and 3 for my family. We posted the tests to you on Friday 24th December. It has taken a week to receive the results and this is a joke. We have been back in Denmark 4 days. What a waste of time and money!!!! Thank goodness I am responsible and have taken our own flow tests whilst been in the UK as yours have been of no use what so ever. Quite frankly this should not be allowed to happen and is simple exploitation. I am officially officially requested money back as technically the tests I have bought are totally useless and invalid and cannot be used to prove we were negative, but have heard nothing from you.

Worst service ever. I dispatch my sample on the 30th December and to this date Expert Medical are saying they have not received it. I have family members whose samples were delivered and Expert Medical have lost them. Staff in the call center do not know what to do and refuse to give their name as reference. People do not respond to emails. I will definitely never use them again and recommend people use other more reliable company.

Still waiting from 29th!!
Would give zero stars if I could.
Not allowed back to work until I get my result back, so losing annual leave.
Whoever runs this place should be ashamed.

Avoid this cowboy company….

Ordered two day 2 PCR tests for our return from holiday. Only one had arrived. Ended up paying a further £55 with a reputable company for my wife’s test as she needed to get back to work for the NHS.

They refuse to refund the payment made to them under their no refund policy. This is simple - goods/ service not supplied = refund due. Disgraceful service. Whoever is behind this company should hang their heads in shame.

Found £20 very appealing for a day 2 test but oh dear. Posted sample on 20 Dec, being promised a result within 72h. Received no result for two weeks, despite emailing to enquire. Followed up on 3 Jan by phone and was told that results HAD been sent. They resent. Checked results date: 1 Jan. So two weeks to process a result and no notification. NO GOOD. AVOID.

No test results received. Do not answer calls or emails. AVOID

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional, they sure give refund to every person... Not answer on the phone, not answer on the email, not answer to the chat service, not test result been returned.. How the government can allow this?????

No test result received for all 6 of us and its 4th day today. They r fraud. don't use them. Saying they haven't received the sample yet.
Update: received the test results on 7th day. Don't know if testing sample so late is reliable.

I have contacted them several times, no response, still waiting for test kit which should have been delivered 03/12/21 nothing yet, asked for refund several times, no refund nothing, beware of these cowboys !!

Do not use them!! Expert-Medicals has been taken from gov site as they don’t comply with the requirements and there is ongoing investigation for all the test they did not full filed. Those are a massive spammers!!! Customer service does not exists. They still from you!!!

I've never received my COVID test, and I've contacted them multiples times since November 2021, they don't reply.

Never order anything from that shop.

We bought tests not knowing about the whole controversy around Medical Experts. Once we found out about all the negative opinions, we were slightly worried. However, we have decided to still use the test and we have only had a good experience. The delivery of tests were very prompt. Registering and sending swabs was easy and smooth. We have posted our samples late afternoon on 30th December and received our results on the 1st January in the evening.
They were a huge help and not let us down. Thanks

I ordered the Day 2 tests at the beginning of December. They never arrived despite many emails from me and empty promises from them. I and my son were forced to go to another provider at great expense in order to be released from quarantine. The Day 2 tests have never arrived, I of course no longer need them and and they keep avoiding giving me a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs.

Results back to me with 24 hrs.
No problem with anything.
