Dreadful customer service - ordered 4 day 2 kits - only 3 came with a swab. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time I eventually got through to someone on the phone who promised another - surprise, surprise I’ve been sent an empty box again. They don’t respond to the online chat - avoid at all costs, they are cheap for a reason.

Still waiting for results 5 days after tests.

Absolutely appalling service. Test results not returned. Call centre staff unable to answer questions or pass me onto someone that can. Spent hours listening to the most awful hold music when trying to get through and call was terminated/ dropped out after getting through. Just overall a terrible experience. I have given up trying to get the results of the PCR test that I paid for.

DO NOT order anything from them. My Day-2 kits were supposed to arrive on the 30th of Dec... Today it's 7th of Jan and my kits are nowhere to be found. They are not responding to my emails, calls or live chat. I am going to be quarantining until next year

Ordered day 2 tests. Posted them immediately, and still waiting for results!! Good job the rules changed today or I would be stuck in self-isolating until the summer! Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. What a con, spend a little more money and get a professional service. Will never ever use this company again.

I chose 1 star because the was no option for minus 5.
We ordered our test kits to be delivered upon our arrival into the UK a week before we were due back. No sign of them yet 10 days later. We are all naturally out of quarantine now having missed new year and wife's birthday party.
The 3 kits we ordered, all were to be delivered to different address's none turned up.
Absolute joke.

Do not book a test with them!
I have received mine but no test results for more than 2 days and no one is answering to my calls and emails!

Worst service ever. No results received after 4 days and they don't answer calls or emails.

It is the cheapest service available, probably not the best (actually most likely) but you pay for what you get and you should be aware. For me experience was perfect: I got the kit in time, shipped back on Day 0 and got the results on Day 2. Also able to speak on the phone with an advisor about the status of my PCR results.
It is funny how people inability to judge easily becomes rage...

Well you got what you are paying for. I ordered from this company because of a friend recommended it as it's 20 pounds only for day 2 PCR. I arrived back on the 29 dec, recieved my kit only on the 31st afternoon, sent it back on 2 Jan (since i have seen they only empty the priority box that day) and still waiting for my results. Due to the holiday delay was kind of expected but i can wfh so i was fine with that. But after staying at home for almost 9 days now, this is getting a bit much... A little suggestion :people who need urgent results and can't wfh don't book this test!

They are unprofessionals. I vw got my kit and some parts were missing. Never answered the phone.

Just awful. Returning from a ski trip on 27th December, we received 2 of our 4 day 2 tests on 29th December and the other 2 on the 2nd January! Have been prisoners in our own house for too long.

As of 6th January, we still have not had the results for one of the tests sent on 29th December. No refunds are available for disgraceful service.

Pay a little extra and find a better company

Totally useless and a rip off as everyone has said. I order 4 tests and sent them back on the 30th Dec now 6th Jan and no response. The concern I have now is what they have done with our personal data of passports, address etc...I assume this is a scam to sell on this data to unscrupulous people. So now need to raise with the police.

I had to put a star just to be able to write the review, it is definitely -100 stars. We are isolating since 5 days although my husband and I are fully vaccinated, we got no results for day 2 test, no one answering calls or emails. NOTE that we had to borrow tests from friends because ours were delivered to another address and lost, we are still waiting the other delivery to give back to our friends who will be back today. Total disaster. This company has to be sued and closed for good

Avoid this company!!!!I order a test on 3th January for day 2 my arrival in uk is 5th and i get a email that state my test will be sent on 10th January plus 2-3 days to receive the results. This means 10 days quarantined dispite i'm fully vaccinated. I tried reach them to cancell my order as i have to book an other test with randox £48 to be able to come back to work by Saturday. They don't answer to my email, no phone calls, no answer on online chat. Luckily i paid with a credit card and hopefully i will be able to get the money back.

Trustpilot should allow minus scores as this company doesn't even deserve a 0! Over a week and I'm still waiting for my result. Customer service is absolutely non sense and judging by the reviews here this useless company should be prosecuted. Disgusting. I can't believe they were on the official Government's covid test providers. I'm so glad they have now been removed and lesson learnt as I should have looked before I bought my test. Guys, do not ignore the reviews here and avoid this company like the plague.

Sent day 2 tests off 29/12/21 partner received his result 31/12/21 18:30pm (negative despite symptoms) still haven't received mine 5/1/22 have symptoms and cant return to work

Diabolical. Failed to respond to emails and phone calls whilst we were abroad. I requested a refund. Still waiting for a reply 3 weeks later. NO NOT USE. YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GET THE RESULTS YOU PAID FOR.

If I could have given zero stars that would have been my rating. A week has passed and I've had no results. I've requested a refund despite their no refund policy. It might only be £20 but If I bought anything else that wasn't what I paid for I would be refunded. Avoid at all costs!
