However I did have repeated issues with a Beko oven.
After failing to get anywhere with the manufacturer, I got back in touch with Jon, he helped the whole process, agreed to replace the old oven with new no questions asked and repeatedly apologised!

We needed a small repair to our washing machine after we make a mistake with the loading. We had previously bought it from John at the Euronics shop in Wellington [Shropshire]. John organised everything and within a few days Matt had been at the time promised, carried out a great repair with no fuss or mess. Quick, clean, tidy, job done.
Throughout, we were kept well informed about the whole process. Yet again a 1st class service from the Euronics team and John at Wellington. Thank you.

Buon giorno nonostante la mia richiesta di esercizio del diritto di recesso fatta secondo le Vostre istruzioni e due miei solleciti telefonici non ho ancora ricevuta nessuna risposta e tanto meno nessuna istruzione sulle modalità di restituzione del telefono già pagato ed avere poi quindi il dovuto rimborso.
Attenderò fino a lunedì ed in difetto invierò raccomandata A/R valutando le azioni da intraprendere. Reputo questo comportamento assolutamente scorretto poiché sarebbe doveroso rispondere ad una richiesta per di più sancita da una legge ovvero quella sul diritto di recesso. Che poi già al momento del mio ordine, lo stesso giorno, avevo chiesto l'annullamento che mi è stato negato dichiarando che solo alla consegna avrei poi chiesto il recesso. È stato quindi esercitato il diritto di recesso seguendo vostre istruzioni sul sito e fatti anche due solleciti telefonici. Nel frattempo i miei soldi li avete voi. Attendo gentile riscontro almeno alla presente ovvero ordine nr. 3578640 relativo ad uno smartphone.
La serietà ed il rispetto per i clienti ed i loro diritti sanciti dalla legge, conoscete queste qualità!?!?!? Attendo un solerte riscontro! Grazie

We have just bought a new built in oven model, model number ROEN8201B. This is an A rated oven at £300.00. It must be the slowest oven I have ever had to reach operating temperature. It has taken approximately 30 minuets to reach 200 deg. It is also a very noisy oven due to the fan.

Great service from this company (Euronics). However, did not get my Blomberg eye level cooker as there were no installers available so had to cancel the order. Was kept informed and up to date by Dean (Bentley Walker, Hayling) and Joe (Andover) by phone in their efforts to find an installer – to no avail. Money was refunded back into my account 3 days later – thanks Joe.

I like to buy locally if possible, so went to Euronics in Wellington Telford, where we had shopped before . Was served by Jon again . A very helpful man. Nothing was too much trouble, he knew his job, and wasn’t pushy .

Mai più da euronics! Compro un prodotto giorno 23/11 il prodotto mi arriva giorno 26/11 con scatolo visibilmente stracciato, chiedo il reso con sostituzione del prodotto che mi viene accettato e giorno 29/11 se lo riprendono per riconsegnarmi il nuovo giorno 11 dicembre. Prodotto nuovamente non conforme, richiedo reso stavolta con i soldi, chiamo servizio clienti altamente inutile, se non fosse per un solo ragazzo che si impegna a dare più spiegazioni possibili, e non mi accettano il reso dicendo che i 14 giorni sono passati... Ma la garanzia non vale da quando arriva il nuovo prodotto? Solo per richiedere il cambio avviare la pratica e far arrivare il pacco la ci sono voluti 15 giorni... Così mi sono bruciato la garanzia, secondo loro...

Bought a washing machine from RSM Knaphill via Euronics. I placed the order online after RSM were recommended to me. Brilliant, friendly service. They went above and beyond when installing the machine. Excellent Service! Thank you.

Such stores are the reason why I buy online.
Elderly neighbour purchased a small TV and they sold her what is little more than a Samsung Monitor.
As she couldn't set it up with existing cables and boxes I advised her to take it back and buy one with built in FreeSat.
On the phone they said no problems, bring it back.
Upon return they said the monitor had fingerprints on it and couldn't replace without a 10% charge!
Disgraceful service, no wonder Amazon has done so well.
Update.
My neighbour finally agreed to pay a £10 surcharge and the extra for a replacement TV.
I went round to fit and seeing a Samsung box, quickly researched to find that once again, they'd supplied one without FreeSat and she'd been told she couldn't get a 32" with it and would have to use her old digital boxes.
Knowing that they stock 32" LG with freesat I rang and said they'd supplied the wrong one. The staff member said indeed it was not suitable and that as long as I hadn't opened the box, they'd swap it.
What! It took considerable effort to not lose my temper at this, but calmly stated that it would be irrelevant if I had, because they had clearly miss sold my neighbour. This went on by 5 minutes but was a waste of time.
DO NOT BUY from Euronics Newtown as they will lie and overcharge you for the wrong device.

Recently bought dishwasher for a rental property
After a few phone calls arrived at 3.30pm for morning appointment
Appliance not level but was told that was the best they could do
Ended up pulling the appliance out myself to adjust the legs
All in all not the best experience

I recently had a fantastic experience with Euronics when purchasing an American freezer. They delivered it the next day, which was quite impressive. The delivery team, Jake and Raj, were excellent, providing a courteous and helpful service, ensuring everything was in perfect condition. I also found a great selection of products at the Ashton Store in Preston, and the ordering process was simple and efficient. Though I had a small issue with communication on a previous order, I appreciate the overall service and speed at which my air conditioning unit was delivered and installed. Despite a hiccup, I will definitely shop here again for my appliance needs.

La mia esperienza con Euronics è stata estremamente deludente, tanto da non poter fare altro che sconsigliare vivamente questa catena a chiunque non voglia perdere tempo e soldi.

Tutto ha avuto inizio all'incirca il 15 settembre 2024, quando ho richiesto il ritiro di un prodotto difettoso (una custodia Logitech Combo Touch per iPad) ricevuto come regalo. L'assistenza ha fissato un ritiro, ma la ragazza che si è occupata della pratica ha sbagliato e non ha creato alcuna etichetta per il pacco, rendendo impossibile la restituzione. Solo dopo un mio sollecito, l'etichetta è stata finalmente generata, ma non prima di aver perso ulteriore tempo prezioso.

Il 10 ottobre 2024 il prodotto è stato finalmente restituito e, dopo numerosi (almeno 15-20) solleciti, mi è stato inviato un prodotto sostitutivo ricevuto il 13/11/2024. Tuttavia, anche il secondo articolo è risultato difettoso e inutilizzabile fin dal primo utilizzo. A questo punto, ho richiesto il rimborso il giorno stesso, ma, nonostante ripetuti solleciti tramite email e telefono, sono ancora in attesa di essere contattato per l'apertura della pratica di rimborso.

Trovo inaccettabile che una situazione del genere si sia protratta per così tanto tempo, con errori e negligenze da parte dell’assistenza clienti in ogni fase del processo. Il cliente è stato lasciato solo a gestire una serie di disagi e inefficienze, senza mai ricevere un trattamento adeguato o una risposta tempestiva.

Euronics ha dimostrato una totale mancanza di organizzazione e attenzione verso il cliente, trasformando una semplice restituzione in un'odissea logorante. Dopo settimane di attesa e continui solleciti, mi trovo ancora senza il rimborso e con la certezza che non acquisterò mai più presso questa catena.
Se vuoi vivere felice e non stressarti non comprare online da Euronics. Al momento sto valutando visto che il prezzo del prodotto di interfacciarmi con l'unione dei consumatori. Sarà mia cura aggiornare la recensione con il proseguo della storia. Rimanete sintonizzati.

We went into our local store (Stellisons Canterbury) to buy a tumble dryer. A very nice man helped us choose but said it wasn't in stock at branch but he could get it there the next day. I asked if it would definitely be there and was assured "barring a natural disaster, yes" I paid for the item and went away thinking "What lovely local service". My wife rang the next day and asked when we were likely to be able to pick it up. She was met with an abrupt reply saying "I don't know". She then said "It will be there today won't it" and was rudely told that he couldn't say definitely and certainly couldn't give any idea of a time. I talked to the chap and suggested that it may help compete with the online retailers if they could be a little more certain on delivery times. I got a rude, short reply saying "well I can't do anything about that, I'm just an employee". He then just put the phone down. I went into the store and asked for, and received a refund. Placed my order online sadly. That level of customer service is shocking and uncalled for. I gave some suggestions for future improvements (its called customer feedback!) At no time did I shout or get angry. Maybe the chap was having a bad day, but still unacceptable

We made an appointment for the as ou 1 year old washing machine was making a hissing sound from the pipe and was leaking water the engineer came to fix the problem and found a dead mouse that had chewed the pipe when he had finished I asked where the mouse was he said oh I left it for you to sort out
