I ordered headphones. I was charged for them over credit card. I never got them. They are still in the dpd warehouse or so it says on their website. I reached out to dpd over gmail, they ignored me. I reached out to euronics and they responded the 1st time about an eventual refund which never happened and now they just stopped responding aswell. So, basically I was scammed for 50 euro. In my experience, not a trustworthy website. If you want to order something, I suggest you do NOT pay upfront. Thanks for robbing me euronics, that was really gangster of you.

Sono stata nel negozio di Viareggio e purtroppo non ho avuto una bella esperienza, premetto che il negozio era semi vuoto, solo un cliente avanti a me al reparto delle televisioni. Visto che la chiacchierata diventava molto lunga,con mio padre abbiamo chiesto se potevamo fare una
domanda per capire se avevano o meno l articolo che stavamo cercando,la commessa ha detto che stava servendo e non poteva...nemmeno dopo 15 minuti,allora abbiamo chiesto all' addetto del reparto informatica che era passato diverse volte e non aveva
nessuno ,di sicuro ci avrebbe potuto per lo meno aiutare a capire se in negozio si poteva trovare quel dispositivo e ci ha risposto sgarbatamente, dicendo quando ha visto che mio padre era scocciato di fargli pure la domanda tanto non lo sapeva. Mio padre è uscito dal
negozio,io ho riferito tutto in cassa ma non mi sembravano molto interessate a risolvere . Sono stata 20 anni in un negozio molto grande come capo reparto, e il modo di rispondere a dei clienti lo conosco molto bene. L' ignoranza purtroppo non si tollera . Di sicuro non ci torneremo più.

We bought a Bosch kettle from Jeans of Mere in Wiltshire costing almost £50 . The kettle was faulty as the lid kept popping up when the kettle was boiling. We got in touch with Bosch who told us to go back to Jean so they could send it off. We did that and because they couldn’t scan the qr code from Bosch or print the label we were told we would have to buy another kettle come home and print the label ourselves and send the kettle off ! Jeans of Mere used to be a good shop but not any more . There is no after sales service at all. Will never use another Euronics store again if this is how you are treated . Had to buy new kettle in Argos so thanks Jeans of Mere for ripping us off for nearly £50

Dopo più di 40 minuti di inutile attesa telefonica, non sono riuscita ad avere la risposta ad una semplice domanda. Oltre ad essere impreparati, erano in chiusura, quindi impossibilitati a chiedere all'unico (così mi è stato detto) collega (forse) più preparato.
Morale...andrò a fare il mio acquisto altrove!!

Looks like not everyone has had a great experience, but Val and Lakh from the Walsall store, who delivered my enormous fridge freezer, did a brilliant job. Thanks guys.

A NEFF double oven was installed on 22 May 2025. Upon using the main oven shortly thereafter, I felt some quite sharp metal projections to the underside of the stainless steel main oven handle and that there was a corresponding small gouge above on the face of the handle. I took a close up photo and emailed RSM Ashtead. They stated any damage was not their responsibility and subsequently sent me a photo they took at the time of installation of the front of the whole oven. Their photo was not particularly clear. They suggested I either pay them to replace the handle or contact NEFF to do the same. I then took the same photo of better quality and emailed them back pointing out the location of the gouge and that despite the poor quality of their own photo you could make out where this gouge is located by comparing the two photos. I did not receive any reply. I then contacted NEFF who sent out an experienced NEFF technician (and his apprentice) on 25/06/2025. It was pointed out that not only was the handle damaged (a gouge and sharp metal projections) but it was also bent. The experienced NEFF technician said such damage is often due to mishandling during delivering/loading/unloading/installation which makes sense looking at the extent and location of the damage. The handle was easily replaced by NEFF in a matter of a few minutes. I have retained the damaged handle. To bend the stainless steel handle, gouge the surface and also raise sharp metal projections underneath were apparently carried out by me according to RSM. No one has had access to the oven apart from me. I cannot imagine how RSM think I might have inflicted such damage. They were very helpful up to the point of installation but thereafter very unhelpful. Bearing in mind I am only just over 2 miles away from the Ashtead showroom, they could at least have sent someone out to have a look at the damage. It is very disappointing that such damage by others is down to the customer to organise rectification. PS the installation did other issues as initially the oven kept tripping the fuse and had to be taken out of the housing. The wiring had been done incorrectly and it had to be rewired before being reinstalled.

Mi sono recata presso il punto vendita euronics di Rivalta per valutare l acquisto del Dyson Airwrap edizione festa della mamma. Sono stata seguita da Fabrizia (spero di ricordare correttamente il nome) . Ci tengo a fare il suo nome perché è stata gentilissima , mi ha spiegato bene il funzionamento del prodotto ed è stata molto cortese anche se non ho acquistato subito ma sono tornata dopo qualche ora.Sicuramente un punto di forza che invoglia il cliente a tornare

Our old tumble dryer developed a banging noise so ordered a replacement. Ordered online from Euronics with replacement coming from Carters in Worthing. Had a phone call ten minutes after ordering to say it could be delivered on Monday between 8 and 1. Fantastic!
We received a phone call Monday morning advising the delivery men were half an hour away. Sure enough half an hour later two men with our new tumble driver arrived. And it was only 9:10am. The guys took our old one away and put the new one in place for us. Awesome service. Thank you.
We would just like to add. We bought a new washing machine from Johnstons Domestic Appliances (Euronics) five years ago. Excellent service then too

SHOCKING - Under no circumstances use this company or shop. My elderly mother in law has been trying to get a replacement dishwasher after their installers broke the brand new one she bought with them. Over 3 weeks down the line (still broken), they continue to offer zero help and spin a web of constant lies. They are refusing a replacement request even though it’s within trading standard guidelines. Please buy your white goods from a different supplier/shop. What a way to treat your customers and a vulnerable elderly one at that. (Potter’s Bar Branch)

We have been using the Cornwall Appliance Centre branch of Euronics for years to supply appliances for our rental properties and our home. Service and prices have always been excellent over a period of more than ten years. Would never think of doing business elsewhere.

I visited Euronics, Chelmsford on Saturday 01.03.25 to purchase a washing machine which was unfortunately not in stock at the shop, but when we explained we were without a washing machine and with three young children they were more than helpful with our predicament. Arrangements were made with their warehouse to ensure it was there for Monday to which it was! Communication was excellent and all staff were A1! Without doubt i will be a returning customer!

Do not order anything from here. I ordered a Dyson Air Purifier on February 19, and the delivery service left the package on the ground floor, as indicated in the proof of delivery. This area is accessible to everyone, and the package was promptly stolen. I have spent the last three days contacting them to resolve this issue, but no one has responded. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank to get a refund.

I order 3 items. Fridge freezer, Tumble Drier and Dishwasher. Due to illness I couldn't have them delivered and the owner was kind enough to store them and until better.
Today delivered. My son had removed two items.
So the items needed placing a n space and dishwasher needed plumbing in. All well so I thought. The dishwasher was left doing a short wash but unfortunately it leaked. The cupboard below the sink had water in it. Shame. This brought the stars down.
