Ho acquistato un deumidificatore nel centro euronics bruno di Trapani, il personale mi doveva avvisare dell'arrivo del prodotto e non l'ha fatto, avevo scaricato 2 buoni sconto dalla piattaforma euronics e non è stato possibile applicarli in quanto avevo dato già un acconto per prenotare il prodotto, ho chiesto di conservare lo scontrino telematico e mi hanno chiesto 2 euro poi ho saputo che altre aziende lo conservano gratis, una delusione sia come assitenza del cliente del personale che come comportamento della cassa da evitare assolutamente, sconfortante!

A seguito dell’acquisto di un’asciugatrice la consegna viene affidata alla ditta Energo Logistic ditta assolutamente poco seria. Vengo contattato diverse volte per la consegna che doveva essere concordata ed invece non è così bisogna sempre essere disponibili nei giorni che dicono loro. Dopo vari tentativi riusciamo a concordare la consegna per un giorno suggerito da loro nel quale chiedo il favore ad una persona di rimanere a casa. Poco dopo l’orario indicato mi contatta il corriere dicendomi che si era dimenticato di caricare il prodotto dimostrando di essere poco affidabili. Assistenza euronics totalmente assenza anche a seguito della richiesta di voler revocare l’ordine. Altri negozi di elettronica risultano essere molto più affidabili.

Bought an American freezer at a great price. They delivered it the very next day which was amazing. Jake and Raj were fantastic on delivery. I had a call exactly 30 minutes before they arrived and they were extremely helpful and polite in unwrapping and making sure everything was in perfect condition. 10/10 to Euronics Walsall store!!

Ti vendono assicurazioni aggiuntive dichiarando il falso. È stato detto da un commesso, in fase di acquisto di uno smartphone, di acquistare una garanzia aggiuntiva, in caso si fosse rotto lo schermo sarebbe stato riparato. Quando si è rotto lo schermo ci è stato detto che l'assicurazione non copriva questo tipo di danni. Soldi buttati

Very quick service, I ordered an air conditioning unit over the phone and it was delivered in a few hours and installed the next day. Tasos thank you so much for arranging this so quickly, considering other shops needed 10-15 working days to install. Thanks again definitely will use you again!

Ho ordinato online un ventilatore il 15 di agosto. Dal 22 agosto è fermo presso la filiale di catania di BRT. Chiamato euronics mi solo dire che verrà consegnato.

Ho acquistato uno smartphone, dopo 7 giorni non carica più.. qualche giorno per verificare e trovare il tempo (mentre lavoro) e tornare al negozio, sono passati 15 giorni.. non si fanno più responsabil, non lo cambiano, rimandano all'assistenza x 30-45 giorni.. (..e io dovrei stare senza telefono tutto quel tempo?!).. cosa che non interessa loro.. ogni dipendente dice la sua, protocolli non chiari, non professionale, al solo favore dell'azienda

Appalling service from Sittingbourne branch. Repair man looked at our fridge in our tenants house, heard nothing from them - chased them a week later to just be questioned. Go elsewhere in my opinion

Terrible customer service.
No cordination nor communication on delivery.

Non è andato per niente come mi aspettavo, ho portato un cellulare in garanzia per una riparazione, dopo tre settimane è tornato come prima, il commesso non ha nemmeno guardato dentro la confezione, mi dispiace perché mi servo sempre da voi, ma questa volta avete toppato. E non mi venite a dite che la colpa non è vostra.

This refers to Buywise on the Isle of Wight. Our fridge freezer packed up yesterday and I phoned Buywise to find out about delivery times. Spoke to Monique who asked what we were looking for. We hadn't looked at products at the time so she took us through what was available. We decided on a unit and before we had even paid for it, it was on the delivery van. Within 30 minutes it arrived and was installed. The first thing the driver told me was it was unwrapped purely because the packaging was damaged and they wanted to check the unit before loading it. I have never ever had such a wonderful service before and would definitely recommend them.

Our washing machine broke down so we went to Euronics in Bognor Regis, excellent help and advice from John the manager, but the best was to come when the delivery installer came. Oliver he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Unlucky for us our very old dish washer went and once again we went to Euronics in Bognor Regis again excellent service Oliver is a very knowledgeable guy and took everything away. Once again Thanks to Oliver for his excellent work!!!

The dishwasser was not the problem, but transport was very bad. They said 1-3 days delivery, but we had to wait 18 days. Communication was also very bad.

The employees are nice, but electronics selection is of no-name brands which makes me doubt my choices everytime. 3/5.

We recently moved into a house in Birchington Kent, only to find the oven did not work, & the gas hob was too dangerous to use, it was a Friday afternoon & we needed to be able to cook, popped into the Birchington branch, explained the situation, they couldn’t have been more helpful, in less than 3 hours they had supplied & fitted the oven, had a gas engineer disconnect the hob & replaced it with a new induction hob as well as setting up a new microwave, they even cleaned up behind themselves, they were all very polite & professional and the price even with fitting charge was an absolute bargain. I can’t thank them enough.

This is specific to G E Bright Electrical Ltd in Tenbury. They have repeatedly provided excellent service and value for money. Can't fault them.

Axminster appliances/euronics fantastic service, really helpful, highly recommend for service and price.

CT Bell of Crowthorne is a member of Euronics, and have been fantastic in sorting a fridge freezer for my 80 year old mum. I live in Wales, and am disabled and had to find and replace Mum's fridge freezer online or on the phone. I called CT Bell and the lady who answered was very helpful. She explained about the kind of integrated freezer mum would need, and organised fitters to install it. We only had to wait a couple of days. It was fitted this morning by 2 professional and friendly fitters. I could not have sorted this out online, and the helpful advice I was given was excellent. Thank you!
