ERTECH SECURITY SYSTEMS Anmeldelser

Lewis Adams was excellent, he responded promptly and got us everything we needed. No problems with stock that we have experienced with some other suppliers. We'll definitely be using ERTech again.

I purchased a Hikvision camera kit and I’m very pleased with both the product and the customer service. The package arrived in perfect condition, and the entire kit was securely packed. A special thank you to Lewis for his dedication and support in helping me locate the parcel — his assistance was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this seller!

Lewis reached out to me about Ertech and we had a good conversation about what I do and need as an installer. He wasn't pushy at all which I respect, when the time came where I wanted to buy cctv for a job, Lewis sent me over quotes with multiple options and great explanations into each one.
Turned up to the job and i had been given the wrong bases for the cameras, when i let Ertech know about this all they could offer me was a "discount" on my next order, rather than fixing the issue with my current order. Why would i order again from a company that couldnt resolve the issue with the current order? Im not sure. Had to go back to the same job and drill holes into each base to fix the issue myself.
Went on to let Lewis know we were having playback issues which he raised with support, took a while for some action but eventually Jimmy did jump on a call and went out of his way to resolve the issue, keeping me and my client up to date throughout the troubleshooting process. In the end all was resolved and I have a happy client with a working security system.

Thanks for all your time and effort. That’s why i drive over an hour to deal with you.
What a great company !!!!

I do not normally write reviews but I need to thank Jimmy at Ertech who has given great service in supplying new hardware overnight and being on hand on help setting the system up for somebody who is not that IT savy.
BIG 5***** thanks to Jimmy and the Ertech team

Friendly, down to earth supplier who genuinely go above and beyond and don’t penalise you for being a smaller business which seems to be rare to come by these days.

When Lewis from Ertech got in touch, he didn’t focus on our company size, monthly spend, or the order quantities. He simply got stuck in and helped us find ways to save money straight away.

They stepped in at the perfect time, just as one of our previous suppliers had been taken over, and we couldn’t have asked for better support. Highly recommend Ertech.

One key thing even if they were a little higher on prices is the customer service, it matters in 2025!

ERTECH have been great since I started using them. Lewis has been really helpful and very prompt at getting prices over.

Lewis and the team are absolutely brilliant. Suggested the best product and the technical support was amazing. Offered all the help needed and would highly recommend them!

Thanks!

Bought 7 items from Ertech, everything works perfectly, one item I ordered wrong, so exchanged without problems. Jimmy replied with detailed explanations to all my questions, very helpful and friendly, would purchase again for the new project.

Efficient and friendly service! Highly recommended!

Excellent Company. Very friendly and helpful. I had a small problem and Jimmy went out of his way to sort things out for me and deliver immediately. Very happy customer.

Quick delivery of quality products

As always with Ertech, great products at sensible prices and fast delivery, what more could you ask for !

I had an excellent experience with your customer service team Jimmy. The representative was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate his patience and the clear communication throughout the process. Thank you for making my experience so positive!

The service and advice I received from Jimmy and colleague was second to none. I am so grateful that I purchased from this company as nothing was too much trouble. Customer satisfaction is very important to them and they were able to provide the components I needed at a very competitive price. Delivery was swift and I throughly and highly recommend them. Much appreciated. Thanks guys. AAAA*****

Ertech has been amazing to deal with. They have a great range of high-quality security products, and their prices are really fair. Jimmy helped me choose the right equipment, and he was super knowledgeable and friendly throughout. Highly recommend ERTECH if you’re looking for reliable security solutions and great customer service

Jimmy is a credit to the company he was very knowledgeable and very helpful very professional from start to finish i would use Ertech again without a doubt

Always a great price and customer service. I have ordered many items and 95% of the time, no issues. Had a wrong camera sent once and wasn’t very easy to get corrected. I just kept it and used elsewhere because it was easier than trying to send back. Ordering from Ireland adds A Post but Ertech eases the pain with VAT and Customs. Will definitely order again.

Quick response and swift delivery. Amazing service thus far
