One of the best companies I worked with!
I am working with Ertech since 2018. Whenever I ordered something, it was delivered or prepared for me for collection, in a timely manner and as promised. In this time, I had just one experience the device was faulty, but the company replaced it straight away. Many thanks to all Ertech staff: Eric, Hugo and Jimmy. They are brilliant and very helpful always.

I have purchased a number of items from Ertech over the last couple of years & always have had a good experience with them. I have had an issue with an hikvision ax pro alarm last week which I purchased from them 2 years ago. I was put in touch with Jimmy who helped me sort the issue over a couple of days. I will definitely buy from them again 👍🏻
