Ertech are a new supplier to 1st Look Fire & Security and I can say they have been fantastic from start to finish on order and also cost effective, this is a huge step for us as a company and helping win new clients with a fantastic supply chain

Friendly advice. Good knowledge. Quick service.

Jimmy is always an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I'm so happy that I found a reliable cctv distributor with great customer support.

We've now made a number of orders from Ertech, and have each time been pleasantly surprised by the high level of support that we've received throughout the order process.

Our last order had major issues with the courier that was chosen - DX Freight in Llanelli, who seemed to completely mess us around not delivering day after day. Despite this, Jimmy was in constant communication with me and with them, ensuring that our package would be delivered as soon as possible (only 6 days after original estimated delivery date seems to be good going having looked at others' reviews of DX!). Jimmy offered to send a replacement package had it not been delivered on the 6th day, which we thought was extremely generous of Ertech to offer us. Courier companies are becoming less and less reliable now, it seems to have bizarrely become a part of the world we're now in. But Jimmy's continously pleasant communication shows he's doing his absolute best to navigate this.

I would recommend ertech to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly cctv distributor.

Been buying from this company since 2017 never been a let down always willing to help and give the correct advice not the pushy type

I recently bought some track lights from Ertech in Belvedere, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The lights look absolutely amazing. they’ve completely transformed the space and added such a modern, stylish touch.

A big shoutout to Jimmy and Lewis. They were both incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. From start to finish, the service was spot on. They took the time to explain the options, helped me choose the right fittings, and made sure everything was just right.

It’s rare to find that perfect combination of great products and outstanding customer service, but this place nails it. Highly recommend!

Lewis was very helpful in sourcing out the right price for the right product needed.
I will be using Ertech Security Systems in the future, with great trust!
