ERS understood my problem and was quick to solve it.
Sharing appreciation for the company ERS. Admittedly I made a mistake with my claim in the beginning. However, after speaking with a wonderful colleague (J) she really listened and understood the predicament I was in. She was knowledgeable, warm, kind and a tremendous help throughout. They say you can’t find the staff well she’s definitely a keeper.

Lilly was really calm and helpful
Lilly was really calm and helpful. She explained the process well, and I felt confident all would be OK.
We wanted to think about one of the options so she gave us time to think about it, then we rang her department back.
All in all, a very stress free experience

This has been the best insurance company I have ever had to deal with. All UK based advisor, everyone who I have spoken to is knowledgeable and knows their area of expertise. I have been reassured throughout my claims process and cannot recommend them highly enough
