Chaira was clear & responsive in the claim re my claim
However , she quoted an excess fee of £100 was payable. When I received written confirmation this was raised to £350 because I am using a BMW bodywork specialist. That seems unfair and I will reconsider future insurance cover with ERS

So far i have had good promt service from Lily at ERS .
A very sympathetic collection of background information involving a car incident. Very understanding when the event involved an elderly lady.
Emily explained all the processess, didn't mind repeating things that I wasn't sure about.

June the claims handler is a bubbly delight. Thorough, clear and helped me through the claims process as this is the first time making a claim.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Repeatedly lied to and advised I would be called back which never happened. Insured a family sized vehicle as a family of 5 and when my car was written off through no fault of my own ERS advised me that they had provided me a hire car through enterprise, a fiat 500! A car barely fit for 2 people.
Ers stated that this was the only car available according to enterprise. Enterprise were very surprised to hear this as it was blatantly not true. 6 days after car write off eventually got a suitable hire car meaning loss of wages having to pay for insurance on a family members car.
ERS have non interest in looking after their customers in my experience. Lies and misinformation

Waste of space, my daughter has given me permission to talk on her behalf due to a health issue, every single time we call they cant find the authorisation and refuse to speak to us! They assume that the owner is the driver without even asking, even though they are not on the policy.
UPDATE! Now the 4th Feb and still not had a call, not that I was expecting them to honour their words!

Terrible slow service. Took me 60 days to get paid for my car, then is was short over £1,100 and i had to wait to get that extra.
