Steve ( staff) is a legend!
Steve ( staff) is a legend. He sure challenges you to push yourself to get the best results for your fitness, especially in spinning classes. He also tries to work out the best membership package to suit your needs. The fitness classes are amazing with Joanna and I am already noticing a difference in my shape.

I was looking for a gym to join as I've recently moved to the area, decided on energy gym after meeting Steve on front of house duty- calm, friendly, informative, approachable without been intrusive "brilliant ", sealed the deal for me and I signed up

First timer
This is my second time coming to this gym, I struggled to get in as I only signed up and the staff were so lovely helping me out as I'm new to the gym they give you a nice welcome, the whole gym and bathrooms are spotless! Loads of equipments! One of the best gyms I've ever set foot in! I also love that they have different music on everytime because most gyms have the same music on repeat. But I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone :)

Joined a few weeks ago really enjoying…
Joined a few weeks ago really enjoying it. All staff on reception alway have a smile and always greet you on the way in and on the way out. If machines are broken they are fixed quickly.
I have tried to book classes but they are usually booked well in advance. I did see a women come to a class with 3 young adults under 16. If this is the case then that is unfair to paying members who cannot get booked on classes. Only the women used the fingerprint system the 3 young adults walked in the other gate.
Apart from that a good gym with pleasant happy staff, machines are clean and ladies shower and toilet facilities are spotless.

Would recommend
Apart from the fact the gym is local to me, I decided to have a trail month to see how I got on as not trained over the last 10yrs. Found staff to be very helpful and caring, feeling comfortable there from 1st day, everything flows quite well with other members, and it’s rare I have not been able to access a machine or weights during my workouts. I would definitely recommend this gym 👍

Fantastic gym with endless support
Fantastic gym with endless support, something for everyone. The classes are fantastic. I had a PT session with Liam Driscol it was very productive, proffesional and increased my confidence and put me at ease. My induction was with steve again a true gent. The only concern I have is the floor in the dance studio can be
slippery due to sweat I slightly worry it cause an accident.but the classes are fantastic. The staff make you feel connected, (like a family) and included. they do go above and beyond to help u on your fitness journey, where ever your starting point!! Otherwise, I love the
gym and it's changed my life.

First impressions matter
Just joined had a fab induction with Steve, showed me all the equipment that would help the areas i want to work on, was so friendly and a good laugh even the other members in offered help if needed, looking forward to trying the range of classes too
