Apart from the fact the gym is local to me, I decided to have a trail month to see how I got on as not trained over the last 10yrs. Found staff to be very helpful and caring, feeling comfortable there from 1st day, everything flows quite well with other members, and it’s rare I have not been able to access a machine or weights during my workouts. I would definitely recommend this gym 👍
