Fantastic gym with endless support, something for everyone. The classes are fantastic. I had a PT session with Liam Driscol it was very productive, proffesional and increased my confidence and put me at ease. My induction was with steve again a true gent. The only concern I have is the floor in the dance studio can be
slippery due to sweat I slightly worry it cause an accident.but the classes are fantastic. The staff make you feel connected, (like a family) and included. they do go above and beyond to help u on your fitness journey, where ever your starting point!! Otherwise, I love the
gym and it's changed my life.
