Great friendly gym , especially as my first time going to one.

Hi just too say I called into the gym inquiring about joining after my consultation with Casey I agreed too join the gym I’m so very happy I joined as Casey is an amazing trainer and has helped me too achieve my goals in what I would like too work on in the gym she’s really kind and very helpful with excellent communication and client understanding thanks too Casey I am loving my journey in the gym and I’m excited too continue my journey I will say guys if yous are planning too join the gym call into Casey for a consultation you will not be disappointed 😊

There used to lunch time training apart from cycles which has disappeared

Went to sign back up to the gym today and they tried charging me the joining fee again even though I’m on the system still so told them I wasn’t paying it again

30 day cancellation policy makes it so hard to leave. Every time I try they say I have one more payment until I can leave meaning it isn't actually a 30 day notice. You have to leave on the first of every month so that you have paid them a month in advance of leaving. They have no compassion and don't care about the people using their gym. I have been in hospital and tried to cancel my membership multiple times. I've now paid close to 100euro to be told I have to pay again on the 1st of April before I leave?

The gym staff is nice but the gym is too small for the amount of users, also has no water station what is unbelievable. Gym mats are broken and old, need new ones! Balbriggan unit.

I like the gym, jesel (I don't know if I spelt her name right) yes she is so friendly. And she's always so cheerful🥰. I really hope she stays and doesn't leave, because a lot of staff keeps coming and leaving.

I had a great experience in Energie Fitness in Balbriggan last Saturday. Specifically, Casey ( I hope that's the correct spelling) took time to show me around. She was really helpful and was an excellent ambassador for the Gym and is a credit to you. I'll be back because of how I was treated. Well done and please pass on my thanks to her again

Good for the equipment

Overall satisfied just the price is getting higher but like everywhere else. I try to attend when I’m both available and to avoid a large crowd but unfortunately I can’t really control that.

Quite a good gym with all the equipment you need, but it’s little small and crowdy. And the worse fact is that they have only 1 shower/dressing room and usually have to wait 15 even 20 minutes till I can change my clothes and start the training.

Horrible system. Complete scam please put your money elsewhere. The staff have such little respect for members and are very rude. Énergie also took money out of my account even when I cancelled my membership without my knowledge.

I like the fact that there is no pressure on me for my fitness goal. I feel much more confident in going to the gym.
