Expected next day delivery, called to be told item was oversold and had to be reordered. Had to call again and told dispatching that day...a week later still not arrived so I cancelled for a refund.

the quote was only valid a short time so i had to get a new quote done - same price...then it was emailed to me to pay and the "click here" option would not work. i had to call yet again and staff couldnt fix it so i had to make a 3rd booking myself online !
