Énergie staff take time to understand your needs and wants, if you want to ask questions chat they will do that, at the same time leave you alone if you want that too. The staff went out of their way to help me when I had an issue.

The online Pilates classes during lockdown have been great. The teacher is welcoming and the classes are varied and challenging.

Well equipped, clean, bright and friendly
Lovely, clean, bright gym with all the equipment you need. A good mix of free weights and machines. Separate areas of equipment split throughout the building meaning it doesn't get too busy in one area. The team are always super friendly and helpful. It is a smaller gym compared to some others but it packs a punch and has a nice community!

An amazing gym that is so much more…
An amazing gym that is so much more than just a gym. During the pandemic they have gone above and beyond to care for their members; both physically and mentally.
I have had to be very careful due to my medical history and the online options have been invaluable over this time.
Claire & Rob run the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. Thoroughly recommend to all.

Great club with good choice of classes including on line classes .The staff at the Thornliebank club have been terrific throughout the pandemic keeping us motivated with their classes thankyou to Robert and his staff

Amazing community gym
Amazing community gym, brilliants staff and superb facilities. Have gone above and beyond during the last year to make sure every single member was looked after and given every opportunity to train. Gym has an amazing outdoor space too which is great for bigger classes and a different training experience.

Energie Online classes have without a doubt kept me going through this pandemic - the flexibility & variety of classes are excellent - on demand great to catch up and go at own pace - this has changed they way things are now done & Energie Fitness have adapted to this change positively amazing -

I am very happy with the gym
I am very happy with the gym. With the gym closed I have not been on zoom as I am not that good on the computer. I would like to see more classes ie step and aerobics in the gym. I know things are not normal at present but maybe sometime down the line things can be reviewed.

Great online classss
Great the fact that we can enjoy classes taken by instructors from other gyms in the Group. Hope we will be able to continue with the online offering when gyms re-open. As I wouldn't be able to fit a class in before work & walk the dog if I had to attend the gym but the 6.15 online classes are perfect.

Great choice of classes
Good timetable, great mix of classes, has been a lifesaver through lockdown. Only downside is that the app changes from time to time without explanation so can sometimes be challenging to work it out. Otherwise it works well

So far everything seems fine and great, iv been this gym b4 years ago, but it has changed hands since so I'm going to give the 4 as can't go till gyms open, fully, but the online gym is fabulous
