I would probably rate the experience 4.5. The gym is very clean, new, well equipped, not too crowded and the offering is nice and simple with using the app to gain access etc. On the downside there is no room for classes so it is just machines, weights etc. however it’s good value for money and everything works well.

The staff were excellent; professional and helpful. Great facilities from equipment to showers. Even the lockers are top notch! The one piece of equipment that would top things off would be a speed ball platform (🙏😊). Can’t recommend highly enough

The gym is great, staff great, but a few cracks showing already. Cleaning seems sporadic, and on a few occasions no toilet roll left. Aside from that it's great. It's new so probably just teething issues, would soon recommend

Have an on going dispute with anytime fitness Felixstowe, they tried to take extra money out of my account without giving me the minimum lawful 10 working days notice, causing my account to go into overdraft causing me to get charged etc, I spoke to my bank who told me they was in breach of the direct debit gurantee and refunded me my money, I then on the spot cancelled my gym membership and within 6 mins of posting my review the gym owner called me asking about the review etc, we had a discussion and he agreed to have me pay this months fee at the old price and then call it quits, however I have been very unwell as I have told him and today I’m received text messages from the gym saying I now have late charges, this is all because of THEIR mistake taking more money than they was entitled to, I’m sick of gyms like this robbing people of their hard earned cash because they gym is failing in terms of the kit and members etc!!!

Anytime Fitness BORDON, Hampshire. Very unhappy with this facility, the way that administration and fee processing, notice/freezes, are run. The total result is that you just feel they are "chasing money" and not customer care at all. Do not recommend, go to the local leisure centre, unless you particularly want to use a gym at 1am!

Contract traps, make this an awful/consumer affairs borderline dodgy experience all round, you cannot give notice until outside of a freeze, yet the freeze day is the DD payment day, so you are trapped and obliged to pay an extra month. The day you are told you are supposed to give notice, you actually can't its a loop and you are contractually stuck!

Vulnerable young people who don't understand the contract terms or even read them get stuck and the whole sales approach is to get you into longer contracts than you need. AVOID!

Excellent gym with great equipment and great staff. Highly recommended for a great workout and also does lots of fitness classes to choose from!

I am grateful to the management and staff of the club for the cleanliness, air conditioning, excellent environment, and professional and healthy equipment.

Paid extra money for first month to get the key fob to get into the gym, says go into the gym through staffed hours- been there 6 times with no answer at the door or phone, been 2 weeks and I’m still not able to even get into the gym

The Gym is clean and tidy and has a good vibe and atmosphere to it. Its the first gym in a long time that i dont mind going to. Its basic and compact but it has everything i need for basic excercise. Staff are nice and friendly and helpful and location is good for me. Parking can be challenging but the gym is not responsible for that. Good experience so far

I’ve been going to AF Woodberry Down for the past few weeks in hopes of changing from my previous gym. This is definitely my new favourite place to workout! The staff are nice, the environment is very well kept and clean, there is a great selection of equipment, people are respectful with putting away their equipment after using and, it never gets too busy in there, even during peak times.

I like that I can come to the gym at a convenient for me time. There's plenty of space in the gym andeverything I need. The stuff is friendly and helpful.

Really nice gym and people really enjoying it and facilities are always clean and tidy. The only thing is that I can never seem to get into any classes eventhough I try most days and sometimes quite crowded.

Joe has been really helpful around the club and in the process of signing me up!
