El pollo loco on Avalon and El Segundo is the worse place to get take out 9 people working, but none to take your order because they talk too much, supervisor or someone from corporate should stop by and show them with it means to have a job

I asked my daughter to order online 10 piece chicken thigh and legs w/ 6 avocado salsa and 8 pico de gallo, large corn and rice plus flour tortilla. Order arrived without the avocado salsa, pico de gallo and flour tortilla. I called the branch at 1090 S White Rd. which it came from and the lady who answered can't explain why, I asked if they can redeliver what's missing and she said she can't. What kind of customer service is that. Btw, the package was completely sealed and all items were checked out when it arrived.
El Pollo loco, a great place to eat.
El Pollo loco has made a couple of changes to their menu. The one pet peeve I had with El Pollo loco was, there was no way to order extra dressing for my tostada salad. On the El Pollo loco app they have now added the ability to order extra dressing. Recently they have also come out with a limited time offer, offering a stuffed quesadilla featuring poblano peppers, which is the poblano chicken stuffed quesadilla. It has become my favorite thing to order from El Pollo loco. I know this sounds like an ad from somebody being paid by El Pollo loco, that is not the case, I'm a customer that for a while would not order from this restaurant because I couldn't get extra dressing for my tostada salad. If you've tried them in the past, try them again I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Thanks El Pollo loco for listening to your customers and fixing your issues.

And if you are not happy at your job don’t take it out on the customers. Go find another job you are happy in

Pollo Loco on San Fernando rd and Fletcher in Los Angeles. Worst service. Order a size of broccoli and got a half of cop of sad old broccoli pieces. Let the supervisor know and she did nothing.
Bad v foodbad customer service
Not only did I not get my complete order it was dry chicken really dry & it was horrible. I went to 47th Street and Palmdale I'll never go back there again what a sh!thole. I swear to God they act like they're all busy with 3 customers and still got my order wrong, the damn cashier shorts my order and I only ordered three things screw that you thieves!
Poor attitude
So, it was 112 degrees in San Jose today. PG&E asked everyone to conserve energy so my son and I went to eat at El Pollo Loco (store 3653) @ the plant. Lobby was closed so we went through drive through (you know what they say about the drive through). I ordered 2 chicken pollo bowls with chips. I asked for cilantro dressing at the window and was handed my bag.
We started to drive away and checked our bag. No dressing. We pulled up to pick up and the doors were closed. We went back through drive through for the dressing and was told the cilantro dressing was for the salads. I have ordered this many times before with no problem. She handed me 1 so I asked for another one since we had two bowls.
She handed me the second dressing and closed the window. I'm not sure what the problem was. If there is an additional charge I would have paid it.
Note to future self... Do not go through drive through!!!

When you walk into the place and you hear a customer states “cashier is so rude”….should of walked out…placed my order and I spoke loud and clear…not what I got..rude customer service. Been going here since it was opened, never had this happen before. Unacceptable!
Be very leary of Pollo Loco promotions
I purchased a $50 gift certificate during a Father's Day promotion. I tried to use it TWICE. First shortly after I received the coupon. First time the local Pollo Loco said I probably order the wrong thing. I tried again the first of this week, still didn't work. I called customer service and emailed twice. Today I finally received a response that said the offer had expired July 19th and that their coupon clearly stated that. So Pollo Loco waited until it expired to reply.

I went to El Pollo Loco on Russell and Rainbow in Las Vegas, NV. Upon ordering I asked for a 4 pc meal with beans and rice and small salad. Also I asked for a Fanta Strawberry Soda. The young man stated the only chicken that they had were Legs and Thighs, and no breast or wings, no strawberry fanta. I'm like are you kidding me. I should have known right then and there my food was not gonna be correct. Anyhow he stated oh we do have wings, so I'm like give me 2 Thighs 1wing, 1leg. After getting the food my wing was old, and brown inside, my beans were not in the container. So I went inside showed the lady the food and she apologized, giving me 2 more wings. After I got home there was no dressing for the salad and all the chicken was old. $15.00 dollars for old food. I would not recommend this facility nor would I be going back there. I ended up throwing it all out, being that I wasn't even given a receipt.

I ordered the shredded beef burrito with No sour cream and no Cheese. They put sour cream and cheese on it. They also put the burrito on top of the salsa cup and put the ships in the space in the box where the burrito was supposed to be placed in . so my burrito was bent in half because they put it on top of the salsa cup. I know these people are working hard and I don't blame them I blame the management. They don't know how to train their employees. Wont be going there anytime soon.

For the 3rd time in the several weeks
For the 3rd time in the several weeks, EPL-San Dimas, CA has denied use of my CA, EBT card, saying now weeks-later, their card processing equipment is still broken. I'm sure EPL likes to point to their corporate benevolence and friendly treatment of lower income persons, but the fact is, if they keep using the same excuse for not taking it, then they just don't really care. They shouldn't arrange to be a state-recognized as an EBT-accepted-here, friendly company when their actions say otherwise. You can't blame the labor shortage either. This is lack of caring. Sad, I used to love to go to EPL.

Pollo loco has lost its goodness to greed, they ar enow chopping whole breast in half and selling as 2 pcs. yes youve heard it right,tacos are soggy and coleslaw warm and expired. very very bad . what a shame , shame on you pollo loco for ripping us off. cant belive my all white 3 pcs meal was a dehydrated wing and one breast chopped in half, imagine we all know they use the smallest chiken breast and now they are splitting them in half. damm they are ruthless.

Beware of buying gift cards from El Pollo Loco. I purchased a $50 gift card from El Pollo loco website promotion. The gave me $10 gift card in addition to the $50. When I went to use the gift card, the person must have charged me twice. My order was $16.20 but the remaining balance on the gift card was $17.60. The manager said the system was down so to call corporate. I make four calls during the 3 weeks. A rep took my information after each call and they told me the gift department will call back but of course they never did. The last rep told me the information from the previous 3 calls were never forwarded to the gift card dept. She assured me she will and I would hear back from them in 72 hours. No call. I call a week later on Monday and get a message “No one is available to take your call”. The is a national restaurant chain’s customer service number and no one is available. I think their strategy is to keep pushing it off until you give up. I like their chicken but I will never buy their gift card.
