This not the first time that they messed up my order. I ordered two salads and they gave me no dressing. I live a distance away and am not going back for dressing. What do they pay employees who can’t even put salad dressing in with a salad?

Pollo loco in San Bernardino on highland and sterling,,,,Businesses do not order from this location.
As a small business I placed an order for my employees 4/30/24 online. I had one of my employees go pick up the order and to my surprise they would not give her the order because she needed my ID the person who placed the order. And they would have been fine if when I receive my confirmation it stated that nowhere did it state I need to send my ID with my employee. Apparently there is a sign at the location that states due to fraud and ID is required but nowhere does it stated online. I am not a psychic to know what signs they have up at this location. The manager screamed at my employee very rudely when proceeded to ask for their name they did not want to provide a name. I was not asking for Social Security or any personal information but I do believe that if you have been chosen to run a business and you are the manager you should be able to give your first name and if not at least your initials. How we supposed to file a complaint with no names. Pollo Loco was quick to charge my card but yet now I have to wait until they investigate in order to get my refund,, Pollo Loco is not going to pay for my time my employees overtime and the stress they cost me. If an ID is required and that is one of the protocols they should stated online or at least on the confirmation that you receive when placing an order. Do not go to this location don't stress yourself out and this is the reason why they have bad reviews I should've trusted the reviews I read. All the manager gave my employee was the back of a receipt to call the one 800 number.

Yo compro siempre en el pollo loco de la 1545 s western ave siempre como a las 9:30 pm y es la 6 ves que ordenó y me dan lo que quieren ellos me cobran lo que pido pero siempre que llego a casa ppr respeto a los otros clientes atras de mi en el drive thru, pero aveces chequeo que todo este bien pero sorpresa siempre falta algo o me dan lo que no pedí creo que el precio que uno paga vale la pena recibir un buen servicio se que es pesado ese trabajo pero nadie los obliga a estar ahí a la fuerza pero la contestación del drive thru es un poco desagradable más los que leen los ticket te dan siempre algo que no ordenaste o se les olvida poner lo que pagaste espero hagan algo al respecto por favor

Buenas tardes/ noches, hemos comido el pollo sin temor a equivocarme desde su inicio, regularmente lo adquirimos en la sucursal ubicada en Ave. Gonzalitos y Ave. Leones, pero el día de hoy 20 de marzo del 2024, ni a mi esposa, hija, nietos y un servidor Nos gusto, un sabor desagradable al igual que la salsa (roja)

Do not support El Pollo Loco...ESPECIALLY located on Chatsworth and Balboa! I will make this a personal, disgusting review of their demeaner and lies!

I am handicapped with a service dog, and had to GOINTO the establishment to use an EBT card, instead of a drive thru...like every other establishment.

Got home with my very inadequate food after an 8:30 pm purchase....and realized they left out my burrito. After calling a 1/2 hour the number on the receipt...the phone contentiously said "this number is not working"!

I gave it one more chance...and the lying girl that answered said "they called my name"...which is a LIE...since it took me and my service dog 7-8 minutes to leave the establishment. She said "just come in and talk to the manager"...DID NOT SAY "THAT DAY" (which would be impossible!!...But the supervisor lied as well, and said I had to come back the same day! i told her to look at the 'time' on the receipt...which would be virtually impossible...and the LYING girl...did not say "you have to come back the next day"!!!

Well, I couldn't come back the next day...my service dog had a puncture to her skin...and had to drag myself out of bed to get her to a vet. That didn't work well...after 4 1/2 hours of waiting for stitches (I will leave there review as well...Mission Veterinary Clinic on San Fernando and Balboa...where Mama Lucia used to be! The worst!!)

After the rudeness of the crowd in El Pollo Loco (like THEY were doing me a favor!!....after their ef-ups!)

A rude 20 something...said on my way out of their insane drive thru lane. "You are a Karen". Well, you ignorant B*ITCH....I have been an activist my entire life, raised by activist parents and grandparents...and I would like to know WHEN you EVER did ANYTHING for society???? But stare at your phone and be a total selfish B*ITCH!?! YOU DON'T KNOW HISTORY, or the sacrifice for ANYONE by your ignorant self.

YOU B*ITCH HAVE GOT TO WHERE YOU ARE...BY MY FASMILIES BLOOD, SWEET and TEARS...AND ACTIVISM! Do you even know what that MEANS??

Excelente pollo, volveria sin pensarlo dos veces

I placed an order for curbside pick up. I was so disappointed with the quality of the food. I"m done and will not patronize El Pollo in the future. Usually it's been my experience that it is a hit and miss regarding the food quality. My classic burrito had no cheese and all the ingredients were in the middle of the cracked and hard tortilla. My tacos carbon had a sprig or two of parsley but no onions. Just sad!!

ASKED FOR MY CHICKEN TO BE MADE JUICY BUT TheY have me chicken that was 2 days OLD, I threw it away! Awful!

First time going to El Pollo loco and my last. Save your money and go somewhere else. Chicken was very dry and disgusting. Very small pieces. Tortilla shells very small. Sides you guessed it small. Not worth the money.

I visited the drive thru at El Pollo Loco on Manchester and Florence today 11/14/23. First I must add that I am extremely picky and always has substitutions on all of my food orders. Well Brian took my order and did an amazing job. He was extremely professional, very patient and most importantly polite. I received excellent service and will be going back again! Thank you Brian for great service!
