Brilliant! Couldn’t recommend this more. I just wish I had gone sooner after having my son.

Elite Physical Medicine were recommended by a neighbor when I had started to experience significant pain in my left heel. Prior to my visit I had self diagnosed and spent a significant sum on solutions from doctor google and amazon, all to no avail! During my first and second visit to Elite they diagnosed my condition as a heel spur and proposed a course of shockwave therapy. I was then treated by Gabrielle for a number of weeks administering the therapy and recommended a number of strengthening exercises. I am now happy to say that the pain has gone and I am on track to complete a number of long distance walks over the coming year. Great service and very effective treatment.

I was recommended Gemma by a fellow mummy. I was desperate to continue exercising through my pregnancy but my usual classes and running was causing me injuries.
Gemma was informative and able to give me confidence to continue exercising. Her classes allowed me to exercise in a safe way and prepared my body for birth and beyond.
I joined Gemma’s antenatal classes when my son was 8 weeks, she has been kind and flexible to my new baby life. Gemma is approachable and knowledgeable and I have learnt so much about my body and looking after myself when having a baby. I have felt supported by Gemma even when having lockdown baby.

I went to see Gemma for a Mummy MOT after my first child. Gemma was fantastic and I just wish I'd gone sooner! I'm now expecting my 2nd and am currently attending the pre natal exercise classes which are great. I will most definitely be continuing with them and then making sure I move on to the post natal care as soon as possible after the birth. I highly recommend a Mummy MOT to all mums.

I saw Gemma for a Mummy MOT after giving birth to my first child. I had suffered pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy and was keen to ensure I was on the path to recovery. Gemma was fantastic and I noticed a difference very quickly after practising the exercises Gemma gave me. I also joined her postnatal pilates class which has helped me regain my strength and fitness after pregnancy and labour. I would highly recommend!

Amazing prenatal classes that I could attend (online) weekly right up to the birth of our little one. Gemma is brilliant and the classes were perfect 30 mins long sessions designed for expecting mums. Once I had our baby I had Mummy MOT with Gemma and started my postnatal recovery. I attend Gemma's postnatal exercise classes which I can't recommend enough. I hope that one day this service will be available for all the women and mums as it makes such a difference.

I was recommended to Gemma West by my midwife, who I saw for a ‘Mummy MOT’. Gemma’s professional, reassuring and very knowledgeable in her field. I’ve seen Gemma a few times now and the results have been really positive and I also now do her postnatal exercise class, which is great for strengthening and getting back into exercise gently. I have used Elite physio numerous times and never hesitate to recommend them to all my yoga students. What Andy doesn’t know and can’t diagnose is not worth knowing!

Have used Elite Physio twice and on each occasion have been more than satisfied with the outcomes. Paul diagnosed a hip problem after years of being treated elsewhere for other issues that were not the cause of the problem. One visit led to a hip replacement operation and I have not looked back since. I also visited during the pandemic and felt safe that all the safety measures were in place. They are a very highly professional outfit who put their patients needs first and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a hip replacement 6 weeks ago and was recommended physio. I was lucky enough to be treated by Andy McCrea who was excellent. Very thorough, professional and friendly. I could not recommend him more highly. It was great to be able to use the gym and the reception staff were polite and efficient too.

I have been treated by the Physio's at Elite for Various injuries over the years and the reasons that I always choose them are simple.
- They are Very Knowledgeable, Professional but friendly at the same time, putting you at ease.
- They listen, assess the problem/injury and then explain what's wrong and the plan of action to get you back to normal in a very easy to understand way rather than blinding you with science.
- You never feel like they are keeping you coming back for treatment after treatment when its not necessary.
- As well as the great treatment they give they are also Great at Rehab and way to show you how to recover and strengthen the injured area to help prevent future injury.

Practice provided me with great treatment, on first visit problem with my ankle was assessed and therapy started on the day of visit, during next visits more emphasis has been put in to moving the joint and gaining back range of movement combined with gym session during which exercises i was doing were explained to me and I've been shown how to execute them properly. After about two months of visits every other week I'm happily back to doing my sport. I'm very happy with outcome of the treatment I've received, I would highly recommend this practice.
