I had a one hour pregnancy massage in the crouch end brand. I was feeling stressed and with lots of back ache, but left the massage feeling completely renewed. The massage was pregnancy safe, and I felt very safe and well taken care of, specially as I’m currently in my third trimester. I highly recommend the Crouch End branch, wonderful installations.

I was invited to try the massage in exchange for a video review on two occasions. The first massage was fine, and I reviewed the service and made a video for social media. However, the second massage was inappropriate and I was then threatened with legal action because I wouldn’t review the massage. I did not make the video and asked them to stop reaching out

I later found my original video reviews had been used without my consent on other social media platforms such as YouTube, which was a copyright infringement and completely inappropriate given my complaint.

I finally got hold of head office to remove the content after a week - and they offered no apology but told me to ‘never contact them again’ and begrudgingly removed the videos off their page.

Pretty scary experience and handled very unprofessionally. Had they apologised and dealt with it more professionally it would have been a different scenario. But to be threatened with legal action if I did not provide a good review was horrific. I wasn’t a paying customer but I’m aware they run this business model of inviting influencers in exchange for reviews, and routinely threatened legal action against individuals.

So I would be cautious of any good reviews

Just wanted a relaxing massage but the most stressful experience ever

My favorite massage place in London! I've been to a few of their locations, now Islington is my home base. Vaiva and Pat are incredible! I fall asleep every time from being so relaxed, yet I feel like it's actually doing something as well (in terms of my upper back pain). Highly recommend!

I had a full-body massage with Premila at the Islington branch and absolutely loved the experience 😍 The salon was clean and welcoming, with such a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The lady at reception was warm and welcoming, and Premila made me feel comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. I’d definitely recommend this massage place! ✨

I've had a wonderful experience with Spa & Massage. The service is professional, welcoming and genuinely focused on providing a high-quality experience.

It's great to find a place that combines such high professional standards with a friendly and personal approach. I would happily recommend Spa & Massage!

Really lovely experience from start to finish. The receptionist was very welcoming and attentive, and the tea was a nice touch. The massage was firm but felt effective, and I left feeling refreshed. Great service all around and I would definitely recommend.

Pure bliss at the spa with Alex! 😊✨
Alex was warm, professional, and absolutely brilliant at what he does. I walked into the spa feeling tense and stressed, and left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and glowing! The massage brought me so much relief, released so much tension, and left my body feeling lighter and my mind at peace. It was exactly what I needed! 💆🏻‍♀️🤍
A big thank you to Alex and the entire spa and massage team for such a wonderful experience and for making me feel so relaxed and well cared for. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back! 🧚🏻‍♀️✨

Deep tissue massage from Tatiana was just amazing. She was the best therapist I’ve met in London (I am very picky when it comes to massage). And the managing staff is always welcoming.

Had a great massage that managed to ease a bad knot in my shoulder that’s been painful for weeks.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was beautiful, clean and relaxing. Would happily book again

A lovely massage. So professional and friendly. I always really feel so much lighter after leaving Spa and Massage Bayswater

I've been visiting different Spa and Massage locations to get prenatal massages, and I've loved the service, the professionalism of the massage therapists, and their availability to schedule same-day appointments. I recommend it 100%!

One of the best spa places in London. Massages are great, staff are great and they always do great deals. I go very regularly and would definitely recommend!

As a Crouch End local, I always walked past and wanted to try it out – very glad I did. Francesca was excellent. She was very kind, calming, and gave one of the best massages I've had. The room was cozy and comfortable, with nice tranquil music. I would definitely recommend this place!

Had a deep tissue massage with Premila and she was wonderful, the pressure was perfect and her expertise is clearly second to none. I would definitely recommend her to all! The interiors are also lovely which is an added bonus.

Mitko has hands that read like a master. Pure connection with healing results. I walked home floating, free from the stress and tension that the weeks had given me. Thank you Mitko so very much. ⭐

Lisia Camella was just amazing. She gave me a very thorough, relieving and deeply relaxing massage. The whole experience was just great. Highly recommended

You feel relaxed before your massage has even begun. You are offered a tea or water whilst waiting for your massage therapist, and then the massage itself is the best I've ever had. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The staff are always friendly too. Thank you Spa & Massage x

After 8 weekly sessions with Pat at the Angel spa, my body feels rejuvenated. She has taken account of my history which included a road traffic accident and subsequent injuries (obviously medically cleared now) and tailored a schedule that has improved my physical and mental wellbeing. I certainly feel in safe hands and able to communicate well with my therapist. Without a doubt the best massage/s I have ever experienced. Thank you. Go book now!

I loved my massage with Monika! All of the staff is very welcoming and make you feel at home in their space. The massage was thorough and she focused on areas I mentioned to her. Would definitely come back.
