Great mid-week treat, smells lovely, clean and a welcome tea on arrival. I will deffo be returning!

I had a fantastic experience with Iwona! She was incredibly thorough and tailored the entire treatment to my individual needs, combining massage with stretching techniques to address areas of tension and restriction.

What really stood out was how much knowledge and care she put into the session. She gave me useful feedback on my muscles, explained areas that needed attention, and even provided homework and stretches to work on between sessions.

It felt like so much more than just a massage — it was a genuinely personalised treatment with practical advice I could take away and apply to my training and recovery. Iwona was brilliant, attentive and clearly very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, results-focused treatment!

I adore this spa! It’s very close to Belsize station and all the massages I have gotten there have been fantastic. 10/10 recommend getting a package as it saves you money and you get to come back again!

A very welcome urban retreat in the busy heart of Queensway. Really helpful and efficient staff, super-relaxing surroundings - with soothing in house tea on tap. All the massage therapists who've treated me have been excellent - especially lovely Irish Mary Malloney. Very highly recommended!

The Belsize park branch is fantastic, therapists are very well trained and reception staff is very courteous and prompt.

Claudia was amazing, she intuitively knew what my body needed and checked-in with me through. I felt so safe in her hands and came away feeling so much lighter. Claudia is a gorgeous soul. 💖
Booking was easy and the front of house team were super lovely and attentive before and after my massage xx

Will definitely be back. Best Masaage experience!

I have been here twice, and both times the experience was great! The receptionists are professionals and kind, the environment is warm and make you feel home.
I felt so relaxed and light after the therapy. Highly recommended.

Everything at Spa & Massage is pure bliss. From the welcome tea to the calming therapy rooms, you are set up for relaxation. I got a deep tissue massage and Denise really got to the route of my issue. She was so strong but also made sure to check in every now and then to ensure my pain tolerance wasn’t being overstimulated. All in all, fantastic experience!

Lovely relaxing de-stress massage with Melvin - he was incredible! Super friendly, professional and had an amazing calm positive presence so felt immediately at ease and left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. The studios are very clean and the reception staff are also very friendly and attentive.

Great staff, super friendly and welcoming

Licia is wonderful, I have finished my massage feeling like I am floating

Agata was amazing I loved how she would educate me during the 60min sports massage, she would always ask about the pressure which is really helpful as some of my body parts can handle more pressure than others. You know the massage was good when I literally begged for 10 more mins the time felt like it went so fast lol. OUTSTANDING!! Can’t wait to go back.

Also I loved the facilities felt like I was in a 5 star hotel keep it up ladies!

I visit a spa and massage studio in Chiswick, right next to Turnham Green station, on a regular monthly basis. They have a fantastic team of therapists who are always reliable and deliver exactly what is asked of them. Today, however, I had a deep tissue massage with Manga, a brilliant therapist from Sri Lanka, and I must say it was a truly great experience. Manga is a true expert in their field. Although I don't normally request a specific therapist, from now on Manga is my number one go-to.

I recently had a massage with Oksana in Richmond and it was amazing. She is very experienced and knowledgeable and I came out feeling like new. The place is very friendly and spotless clean. No doubt I will be back again soon.

I've had endless, unwanted spamming texts, emails and phone calls from this awful company for two years, despite repeated requests for them to desist.

After trying a few massages, which were average at best, I've been bombarded with hundreds of begging messages to buy appointment packages.

The contacts come from many sources so little care appears to taken with customer's data.

I'm planning to report them to the Information Commissioner's Office. I hope they throw the book at them.

Totally unprofessional. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

Always going to Spa & Massage ! Everyone is lovely !

I recently had an excellent experience at this spa and massage . From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Zoi was highly skilled and took the time to understand my needs before the treatment. The massage itself was fantastic, helping to relieve tension in my back, shoulders, neck and legs while leaving me feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. she also gave me tips how to relax my neck.

The facilities were clean, comfortable, well maintained,

I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much less stressed. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a high-quality massage and exceptional customer service. I have been back and have book my next one already

I have been using the Crouch End venue for almost a year now. High quality facilities. Clean, calming and nice environment. The staff are professional and courteous. I always have a good experience here. Overall I can’t fault it!

Was booked with the lovely Patricia who gave me an amazing and relaxing massage! Very attentive, chatty and bubbly in the best way !! She really made my birthday and left me feeling fully renewed !! Will be back!
