This was my third visit to the Bayswater branch, and every single staff member has been consistently wonderful. Everyone is attentive, highly professional, and exceptionally skilled. Parking can be a bit tricky to find nearby, so I always recommend visiting in the late afternoon or evening.

Such a rejuvenating experience! I left feeling like a new man after a few tough weeks of intense training. Ready to attack the week now! Clemencia was great and was really attentive to what I was looking for.

Incredibly skilled massage therapists, some with medical degree, the spa is new and crisp, always feel reborn after 🙌👏🏻

I had a wonderful time at spa and massage. The therapist Maria helped me to feel relaxed and worked the knots out of my back.

Excellent pregnancy massage with Catalina at the Bayswater branch!

I normally always have a good experience at the Earls court branch.
Unfortunately this time it was a very unpleasant experience.
The masseuse Anna Marie was new apparently and i felt a lot of discomfort at various times during the massage.
She also used too much oil and this also went into my freshly washed hair. I had to wipe the oil with a towel before i could get dressed.
Music also stopped playing and there was occasional periods where the masseuse was on her phone.
I did complain to the receptionist but all she said was sorry.

Had an amazing massage with Taz! She is fantastic, 100% recommended!

Another excellent massage from Vaiva at their luxurious new Islington branch. Highly recommended🙏☺️

It was my first time at Spa & Massage and I went there because my calves and hamstrings were sore and tight due to a lot of running I've been doing. I had a deep tissue massage with Daniella. Before the treatment started she asked me on which areas I'd like her to focus on and if I have any injury. She put extra focus on my legs which I appreciated. I left the massage extremely relaxed.

Daniella, like the staff at the reception, was very kind and professional. I will definitely go back!

I had a deep tissue massage by Aga and it was one of the best Ive had. She was keen to ensure pressure was just right and checkin in on this a couple of times. She was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Aga if you want a deep massage. Thank you Aga!

I have been several times to this lovely place with friendly and experienced staff. Taking advantage of the package prices is definitely worth it.
I have had massages with several of the staff and they are all great.

Great sports massage

Brilliant massage from Pat. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and Pat really sorted it. Feel so much better after — highly recommend!

The new Angel location has a calming vibe and a great team. I’ve already had three massages with different therapists who were all excellent. Bought a package and will be back for sure. 👌

Awful massage, harassment and GDPR Breach: In March 2025 I went for a massage at the Belsize Park branch. As soon as I walked in it stunk of bleach, the massage started late and the woman was awful. Her phone kept going off during the whole session, her pressure/technique was awful and she rushed me to get ready when the massage ended leaving my dizzy.

That wasn't the worst part; I was bombarded with text messages, calls, emails and unsubscribed but kept getting harassed to book more sessions. This went on from March through to September when I sent an official complaint outlining that I had text 'STOP', unsubscribed from everything officially and yet still got hounded.

I got an apology email and 'you won't hear from us again'.

September 2026 out of the blue I start receiving messages from them again, but also when I reply saying stop messaging me, I kept getting more messages?! Wrote in to head office again, same person from one year ago who now says my 'digital profile has now been deleted'. Total GDPR breach! If you experience the same problem consider reporting to the ICO.

This was officially the most stressful massaging experience I have ever had.... !

Louise was my masseuse and she was absolutely excellent. The whole experience from entering the building to leaving was incredible

I come here regularly for massages due to my shoulder and back pain and have seen a huge difference in how I feel afterwards. All the staff is lovely and it is a very relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend

Had an incredible destressing massage, facilities were very clean & staff friendly & professional. Will definitely book again!
