We recently used Edward's Removals for a move from London to Portugal and had a really good experience from start to finish.
James and his team were brilliant in arranging the move and organising the customs declarations prior to the move. This made the whole process a lot less stressful than I had imagined it would be.
On the day, the guys were great. Tony, Alan and Garry were punctual, professional and very efficient. They handled our possessions with care and everything was properly wrapped, packed and transported safely. They were very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to have around.
The team in Portugal were just as good. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they even helped move the existing furniture to new places around our home.
I would certainly use Edward's Removals again and would highly recommend their services as the whole process went smoothly. Thanks for making the process as stress free as possible.

We had a complicated clearance and delivery of some items to Edinburgh at short notice. Leroy turned up only a few days after we had contacted Marie in the office and gave us a quote and pickup time that suited us perfectly. The guys turned up and took both the items for shipping and an equal amount to be disposed of on time and helpfull. They stored the items to be shipped before we agreed a good delivery slot - again the shipping and delivery were perfect. This was not a standard house move and they aced it.

By far the best removal firm I have ever used. Edwards Removals were professional, friendly, flexible, understanding and, at every stage of the move, helpful.
They dealt with our DIY requirements, they packed, shipped, delivered, unpacked, reassembled, placed and then, their "maid service" put everything neatly away in the various cupboards and drawers that we requested. We started our move on 26th March and were fully in and unpacked with boxes taken away by 1st April. Absolutely amazing! What a difference and what a pleasure to deal with.

We have used Edwards several times over the last 20 years for moves and storage on refurbs. They provide a thoroughly professional and competent service and are good at taking feedback and managing special requests. In 2024 - we had some issues with a packing job- and in giving feedback they were very responsive. Latest experience with a kitchen pack into storage for refurbishment has been excellent. Kylie on the office is so efficient and prompt to reply - and it’s reassuring especially to deal with the same person. Robert the surveyor knows our house well and gives expert advice and is highly responsive to feedback and special requests. Finally yesterday - Vasko and Ryan who came to pack were great - efficient, polite, careful and charming. They are highly competent about taking down blinds and manoeuvring heavy appliances - Also removing a door and refitting it too. They protected all the areas I requested, treated our possessions with respect -and were very patient about unpacking boxes where the wrong things got packed (only because I had not been clear/changed my mind!) Overall a very professional service at a stressful time.

Appalling language used by one of the removal team towards a Manager of Retirement Development who was simply trying to uphold company safety policy. Disgusting, offensive language with absolutely no provocation.

Appointed Edwards Removals to help with our international relocation to the United States, the whole process has been extremely impressive from the team coming to export packing & label all our items to receiving updates on our shipment and a smoothly deliver/unpack. Fantastic service from everyone involved in our storage removal. They arrived early and within a few hours had everything stored into the removal van. They were swift, professional and thorough in their work.

We had an excellent experience. Robert, Georgi, Gabor, Art and Henry were brilliant. Punctual, very professional, fast and efficient. Our move was stress free thanks to their services. They managed to load and unload within a few hours and really understood where all our items were going etc. We took the packing service which was also an excellent choice as they packed everything safely for us in a few hours the day before. Couldn't recommend clockwork enough. Their attention to detail, combined with their genuine care and expertise, sets them apart from the rest. We also had difficult access with lots of stairs in our flat and some heavy items such as a marble coffee table that they managed to move it around very safely. Thanks again for the amazing work.

I can't recommend this company enough when it comes to moving. We moved flats with Clockwork & Edwards with quite short notice and everything from the initial phone call to the move on the day was very professional and made us feel totally comfortable and relaxed. From start to finish my experience with Edward Removals was very good. Ryan Donnelly c came initially to quote for the removal and storage of my items. He was polite and understanding of the task ahead. All the packers, whom I had for three days, were very efficient, careful and thoughtful. They took care of my items and wrapped them well, thinking the best way through before moving something. Two items were taken by mistake and Sherlyn John, Move Manager, quickly organised these to be found and returned before I had completed on my house sale. All very efficient and I would highly recommend them to anyone moving.
