Bill, Luke & Dan brought our furniture, shed & garden contents from their storage (stored 5th Jan ) to our new house. Everything was just as we had left it and the coped with a tight cured staircase and a low light fixtue very well.
They were very proffesional & polite & even pointed out a missing roof tile on the new house( now replaced)

Our move went very smoothly - both removal from our old house, several months in storage and then removal into our new house. The team from Chelmsford removals, notably Mark, Dean and Mike were professional, courteous and efficient - nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks again for a great service.

Steve, Wayne and Mark packed our place up quickly, efficiently and were really friendly. Dan, Mike, Dean and Carlton did move day and were really helpful and friendly.

Nothing was broken and we were really happy with the service. Thank you!

Having previously gone down the 'men with ven' route, this was hands down the best moving experience I've had. Move It were excellent from start to finish.

Ricky came to see my flat in person to provide an accurate quote, leaving a useful leaflet and his card in case I had any other questions. Once I decided to go with them, he dropped off packing materials (bonus points for the recycled paper instead of bubble wrap - sustainability win👌).

I was a bit worried about the parking situation, as we were moving to a narrow street with no allocated parking space - but the night before the move, when visiting the new place, we saw that Move It had already come and placed down cones to reserve parking right outside.

On the day, we dealt with Steve, Mike, and one other gentleman whose name I didn't catch. All three were friendly, positive, and efficient. I honestly thought they'd struggle to get my hefty sofa out (it was a nightmare to get in) but they handled it with no fuss.

Floor protection at both ends, mattress cover, special padded transporter bag for the TV, rails for hanging clothes to go straight onto so you don't need to worry about packing them... everything was thought through and prepared for - and all at a better price than other local companies had quoted.

Seriously, can't fault them. Thanks guys, you made the day so smooth!

This is the second time I have used them in a month. First loving me to our new home then my partner from his flat to the new home. Once again they were brilliant. Mark did the first move and then did this one too with Carlton. They are super professional, friendly, they are fast but still very careful and just so helpful. We will definitely use them again if we need them. I would highly recommend them. Thanks all for your help.

6 floors 147 steps (no lift) and a house full of stuff. Not a straightforward job but Mike and Luke arrived bang on time and worked like Trojans to complete our move. They were friendly and professional, exactly who you would want to move your treasured possessions. Our heartfelt thanks to them they are a credit to their company.

I have used Move it 3 times, every time I could not fault them, they were very punctual great with communication very friendly and very informative, they supply all that you need to pack and have extra services. My most recent move was completed by Dean, Mick, Mike, Dan and Ben were vary professional and worked really hard I would definitely recommend

Dan and Jamie were polite , hard working and ran everything smoothly.

Wayne, Mark and Dean did the most fab job, worked so hard all day could not fault them would throughly recommend and will certainly use again.

We chose Moveit out of 3 companies we got quotes from and we are so pleased we did. Steve, Dean, Mark and Wayne (The A Team😀) were absolutely brilliant, we can't rate them highly enough. From the way they set up protection in our home to how quickly and efficiently they loaded and unloaded the truck. They were respectful and hardworking from beginning to end. Unlike the removal men the people whose house we were moving into who were just a man with a van type set up who were slow and ineffective, that meant us having to wait to move into our new home even though we had already completed. It really made us realise you get what you pay for. Moveit may not be the cheapest but they are the best. Can't recommend them enough.

Mark and Dean come over promptly this morning. They took all my stuff for storage and did it all very quietly and professionally. They are certainly a credit to the industry and I have no hesitation in recommending them and Move It to friends and family. Well done guys and thank you for a seamless service.

Exceptional service given by all staff at “move it “ from Ricky to the office staff (Lisa) and all the removal men . It was a two step process from moving my elderly father’s / mothers contents into move it storage in August and then into a property 2 1/2 hours away in Hampshire in December , his contents alone were challenging due to the large volume of outside contents which had to be transported and lifted .

The second step was to move ourselves plus them to two separate properties ( next door ) in Hampshire from Essex . We had two moving dates due to the large amount of stuff - one for them ( out of storage) and one for us . The move for us which involved preparation of one day prior to the date where the contents were loaded went very smoothly and all staff were extremely, professional, helpful and happy . The planning that went into the process from Ricky was above what I expected. Due to moving into a rural area with tight access down narrow lanes he had contacted a local farmer to ensure the staff / vehicles could be kept overnight ( 2 day move due to distance ) and only a short distance away from our new home to trans ship some of the contents plus viewing numerous videos of the lanes / entry points. We even had help from the local farmer with some of the containers that had to be moved to a barn on the property ! Both moving in days went smoothly as staff were there very early in their lorry’s waiting for the keys . We had numerous chats beforehand and good communication on the day whilst we were driving to the property . All packaging prior to move was dropped off quickly .

This is a company that go beyond a normal service and especially with any relocation it took a lot of stress out of the process which had already been very stressful .

Excellent service from initial contact , through to packing up and moving to our new home. We were concerned as we were moving some distance away but need not have worried at all. Everything was well organised and we were keep updated every step of the way. The packers Ricky,Steve and Dean and our movers Wayne and Dan were exceptional… they worked tirelessly to get us in on time and were a real pleasure to have around , making what could have been a stressful experience much easier.

What could have been a very stressful day was made far easier using Move It removals. They came and packed everything the previous day and returned on moving day. We were out of our 3 bedroomed town house by noon. After lunch when we got to our new home Steve, Mark, Wayne, Dan, Dean and Luke worked so well together to get us in before sunset. A very friendly bunch with a great sense of humour. Nothing got broken and they made sure all our furniture was in the correct place before they left. Well done guys.
