Received parcel however the glasses themselves were missing, I contacted them straight away 2 weeks ago and they still haven't provided a solution, I'd like a refund ASAP please

Was a bit concerned because of the bad reviews but got the shades in 4 working days. The price was cheaper 25% compared to other shops a nice bargain.

Oakley Ejector sunglasses - great service.
Received my sunglasses today, delivered as forecast by Edel-Optics, in excellent condition, well packaged and for a very competitive price. Communications throughout the process were excellent. I would recommend them wholeheartedly, and will be back again in the future.

Great site, repeat customer
Great place for designer sunglasses/glasses at a fab price. This is now the fourth pair of sunglasses I’ve ordered from Edel Optics and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Website is easy to navigate and the try on feature is really helpful to check that your choice will suit you before you commit to buying (any chance this can be extended to ALL glasses?! 😀). Option to customise to include prescription lenses is a particular plus for me, as I struggle to find the brands I want to buy in Specsavers! Shipping has always been quick and problem free, even after the UK leaving the EU. I can’t speak for the complaints/returns process as I thankfully have loved all my orders and have never needed to return or complain.
This pair was purchased for my husband, who loves them….but I’m delighted to confirm they suit me too!! 😂

Very slick experience
Very slick experience. UPS delivery later than expected but was communicated effectively and in advance. Was worried there may have been additional charges with regards to being imported from abroad but it was all seem-less. Price was incredibly competitive. Would definitely use again.
