Ecofiltro es una empresa seria. Tenía alguna duda sobre el pago y, luego, sobre el producto, y me contestaron rápidamente y de forma amable y respetuosa. El producto ya luce en mi cocina, filtrando de buena gana. El agua filtrada al principio sabía un poco a arcilla, pero ese sabor ya se ha ido (habían avisado de que esto sería el caso con un nuevo filtro). Estoy muy contenta. La salud ante todo.

We bought a 20 lit echo filter one year ago and unfortunately due to a manufacturing quality issue. We could not use it anymore as it was leaking ! The Customer Service of ecofltre Europe was amazingly supportive just a few photo and explanation, recognition of the issue and immediate reaction and constant follow up to find the right solution. due to long delay to order the same product we were offered to be reimbursed and to buy again later in time. Done same week! This is what I find should be online services for all company, but Eco show me they are the top of the customer service services in this field ! Thank you very much and hope to buy from you again in the future.

El filtro funciona muy bien, después de una semana. In mi caso, podía utilizar solamente un filtro durante dos años sin problema, aunque es necesario de utilizar regularmente. También, la compañía fue muy receptiva cuando tenía una problema con la entrega.

Terrible customer service!!
I have written to this company 3 times and never had a reply, there is no customer service. My one star is for the fact it clearly states on their website that there are no fees to deliver to the UK but I had to pay UPS £44.96 to deliver.I thought this was a scam as it was done by text without my name or any order number, the whole thing turned into a catalogue of disasters and took up way too much time. The product seems to work well but this company certainly needs to look at itself and be more organised and honest. Would I recommend them............no!

We would like to clarify that the charges applied by UPS were for fees unrelated to the shipment itself. At the time, this information was not sufficiently clear on our website. We have now rectified this: our shipments to the UK are made under DDP terms (import costs included), thus avoiding any additional charges on delivery.
After contacting you by email, we reviewed your case in detail and provided a solution in line with our discussion, resolving the situation in a satisfactory and fair manner.
We apologise for the time this has caused you to lose and are already working to improve our processes to prevent this from happening again in the future.

It was nice to interact with real humans, who reply promptly and are friendly and helpful.
The answers to my questions were useful and complete. I would advise, however, putting some of this information, on the otherwise attractive (in its simplicity of design) and intuitive website - maybe in the FAQ situation.
Overall, I am very satisfied with ecofiltro's customer service and I'm very pleased with my filter. As well as providing pure water from a tap, it is an attractive feature in my kitchen. I only wish I had bought it earlier!

It has been a good experience I love this water filter as the water feels fresh and it is a natural filter easy to use and it gives much sense of health. My only complaint is that it takes a long time to receive and I have been for months in the waiting list for a bigger one as I only have so far a small one! You ate doing a great product, thank you… see if you can make just a few more…….

I would strongly advise caution when purchasing from this company.
In my experience, the product quality did not meet expectations. Despite this, the company accepted my return but has only issued a partial refund, withholding a significant portion of the payment without what I consider to be a fair or proportionate justification.
Communication has also been inconsistent, and I had to repeatedly follow up to receive clear information regarding my refund.
For a company positioning itself as premium, this level of product quality and customer service is not acceptable.
I am now left in a situation where I have neither the full product nor a full refund.
Proceed with caution.

Based on these conditions, we have processed a partial refund covering only the items that can be returned (container and lid). Furthermore, as a goodwill gesture, no return charges have been applied.
We understand that this resolution may not meet your initial expectations, but it has been applied in accordance with our accepted terms and conditions and the condition of the product received.

Adquirí un ecofiltro y, tras probarlo, no cumplió con mis expectativas. Durante el proceso de devolución, fui atendida por Selene, quien fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. Agradezco mucho la llamada y la explicación detallada sobre el funcionamiento del filtro, así como el buen trato recibido.
Lo único negativo de esta experiencia es que no leí previamente las políticas de devolución en su página, donde se especifica claramente que no hay reembolso total una vez que se ha utilizado el filtro de barro.

Había descubierto el Ecofiltro en un Airbnb y estaba encantada con el sabor de agua,me parece mucho mejor que la de botellas. Y, no tenía que llevar botellas de plástico .. a win win win situation, mejor consciencia al medio ambiente, mejor sabor, menos peso de llevar con las compras y como plus me gusta mucho el design del filtro.
